Thank you for providing absolute atrocious behavior on a loan application. Now I have to provide all this run around when it was submitted threw the dealership. I’m done banking with Suncoast…. Thanks definitely went down hill the past couple years.

The building looks amazing inside, it looks that there has been some money invested in this branch. There are no longer any tellers available but have a new system were there are 3 virtual tellers always available, unfortunately the things that they can do are very limited. I waited almost an hour for a cashiers check when there was only 1 person in front of me. Horrible experience, hopefully they can do something about it I won’t be coming to this specific branch.

Went into bank with a court order to release funds of my father who passed away to me. I was not greeted by Cindy with any condolences just a stern and rude no. She provided no help and definitely did not want to help. She ignored the court order and turned me away. Jennifer was no help either. My attorney said they need to contact their legal team immediately and release the funds immediately because they are effectively violating a court order if they do not. I ended up leaving and my attorney will be dealing with it. Not a place I would put money in just based off the initial interaction with Cindy who has zero customer service skills. Put aside ignoring the court order, the way she carried herself was rude and offered no help. I was planning on putting 35k into an acct with them too but definitely will not be doing that and sticking with my current bank. You guys just lost a customer as I wanted a local branch and capital one doesn't have those but your rude employee is the reason I will never bank with you.

I wish to share my experience with your office and personnel on my visit on 9/1/2020. I was recommended by two close friends of mine to seek out a refinance on my car loan. I don’t know why I was very nervous comming in. I was greeted at the door by Michael Avila who, was very nice and directed me to Carolina Picariello. She greeted me and asked me how she could help. I told her I wished to refinance my car loan. She immediately explained that she would help me. By the end of our meeting I was not only relaxed I also felt I had made a friend. I was so impressed with her great professionalism and her ability to relax me throughout the procedure. Needless to say my first experience with your Bank left me totally impressed and I will pass this experience on to my other friends.

I really love this branch, every Friday I come to deposit my check everybody is super nice. Also, Carolina always take good care of my finances and helped a lot building my credit up. It’s a pleasure doing business with Suncoast! Keep the good work!

It seems as if every time I try to refinance my car loan I am told that I should give it six more months due to my credit age. I have been building up my credit for two years now. I’m not very pleased banking with suncoast. I wouldn’t recommend. I suggest to keep looking around.
