Staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. This location offers a quick and seamless experience with very reasonable wait times. If you ever need a one-on-one consult, member advocate Nicole is excellent! She is very friendly and concise with her explanations. Any additional questions I had were promptly answered, and I also received additional material to answer any questions I may have had after leaving the building.

Kassandra was awesome she was very helpful and explained all my options to me to help get to me end results was extremely happy. She is a great example of excellent customer service I will definitely continue to do business here and spread the word as well.

I had a great experience today. While opening my account, the system crashed, They were patient and went above and beyond there closing time to help us open our account. I would recommend this bank for there also customer service.

Kassandra Gomez is AMAZING!!! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the car financing process, Suncoast credit card and different types of interest baring accounts. I will definitely be returning to set up a few more financially and beneficial options. She made it very easy to understand how all of these different topics work instead of feeling overwhelmed which can easily happen...I also walked into Suncoast first thing on a Monday morning, which let's face it, it is not anyone's favorite day. My mother appreciated seen by Suncoast Credit Union member advocate, Ruth Schultz. Ruth is an amazing person and is very efficient at what she does. She went above and beyond helping my mother with her loan application. She is a wonderful, friendly, pleasant, soft spoken, patient, caring and extraordinary human being. She was very thorough in explaining and advising my mother with the many questions she had with her interest in getting a car loan. We definitely will continue banking at this site and would recommend others to do so as well.

Willy Merizier and Jenise Barreto were AMAZIBG and helped me through a disaster I have been dealing with for nearly 3 years. They cared!! They didn't give up and kept me informed every step of the way!! What a great experience! We walked in and were welcomed by a friendly young woman who put us on a short waiting list then,Kassandra, our member advocate, helped us add me to an existing account and was very knowledgeable about other products. She was friendly & upbeat and had great suggestions on how to take advantage of other great products that Suncoast offers. Will definitely be getting other great products in the near future.

Jenise took the time to assist in a new car loan and refinance of another vehicle. The experience was not the typical bank experience. She was upbeat and personal. Every detail was explained prior to signing. If she worked on commission, I would use her every time.

Single Full time custody father of a child, my son slipped my wallet out the window (hes 7 years old with special needs) This man, Mr. Argenis- helped me the best way he could when I thought I was screwed because the DMV has a month wait even for a new reprinted license. I had just enough proof to prove my identity and at other branches ( I tried 3 others ) they couldn't help me. This man went out of his way to try his best and got me my withdrawal AND a NEW debit card. Thank you to him, his professionalism and compassion- which is hard to find these days.
