This was my first time every doing this and let me tell you!!! Go to them if you are ever in a bind. Nanci was absolutely amazing! I mean, actually the entire staff was friendly. However Nanci was open about the entire process, answered all my questions and genuinely wanted to provide me the best, yet realistic option. The representative that took care of me is Alicia Fernandez. She was very professional and very nice. She assisted me with a smile on my face. The bad experience I had was with her genera manager DeAnna M. Like. She was very rude and nasty. There was an issue with my brothers payment where he was short. Instead of her explaining it to me since I was just making a payment. She told me that she can’t accept a short payment and that I better do what I got to come out with the rest. I felt that there was no need for her to speak to me that way. I felt discriminated by the way she was speaking to me and by her comment. I would never recommend this place to anyone and if any of you decide to go there see Alicia. I was informed that DeAnna is racist and by her gesture to me it seems that it is true. I’m going to make sure my brother pays for his balance and never return here.

On Feb. 5th 2022, I called InstaLoan around 11am to inquire into getting a title loan on my vehicle. I spoke to Nanci and she was very thorough in explaining the process. She informed me on exactly what I would need to get the loan. Due to unforseen circumstances, I did not make it into the store till about 30 minutes before closing time at 2pm. Nancy greeted me with a smile, and she was enthused about starting my title loan application. I recently visited insta loan for a title loan though I’ve never dealt with insta loan or even gotten a loan before the gentleman who helped me, Richard outlined the entire process, helped me make sure I had everything required beforehand, and provided above and beyond customer service.
