    3 months of waiting for Suncoast to find out who scammed me of 1000 for them to turn around and let the fraudulent activities happen on my account i will be closing out this service amd never trusting them again!

    My card would not work at a drive thru ATM. I went inside to inquire. Everyone so nice and helpful. I was given a new card and she walked with me to be sure it worked in less than 20 minn I was done ! Great service!

    pros: - app is great - rarely need to go to the bank because of the app - gave me a good car loan apr cons: - app won’t let me do anything when my phone is in czech? have to switch to english for that

    Boy! Where to start? Suncoast Credit Union used to be my favorite bank. No hassles, easy access to my finances without all the added fees and hassles of regular banks. Now, their new “Live” Teller is simply atrocious. Both inside and outside, the wait times are completely ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for more than 20 min. Besides being a totally impersonal banking experience, it takes an incredible amount of time to actually speak to a teller in a remote call center. Once a teller does come on the line, the language barrier is immense as the teller had poor English speaking skills. Perhaps in a foreign country? My only hope is that enough customers complain or take their business elsewhere because of this companies poor judgement on automating “Live” teller transactions. Maybe then they would have no choice but to return to the proper way of conducting banking.

    Kudos to Cedric Carter who is one of the most professional yet courteous and friendly employee's we had the pleasure of working with yesterday. Suncoast Credit Union should be extremely grateful for his knowledge and kindness in welcoming new members into the credit union family. Very glad we joined!

    The worst bank EVER. They say their all that good hmmm not at all ATM are TRASHHHH never accept checks when deposit or cash not to say hos they block you account out of anything.......the people at the bank have nothing to do with thia complaint is more about their outdated system everything causes problems overthere....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE

    So unfortunate. I heard there is a change shortage so I thought I’d bring in a big jar of change. What i didn’t realize is they charge you (even members) to turn it in. I never in my life experienced members paying for such a thing... more so a credit union. On top of that it took them 12 minutes to process it into my account. Atrocious. I will say everyone was pleasant, but this amount of greed is terrible. Thank god I also bank through another credit union. Never will I deal with this one again.

    It’s nice to know that they look out for you against unauthorized charges, because they have caught a couple of transactions over several months that I may not have seen right away. I get a call right away, when something hits my account “out of the norm”, which is WONDERFUL, where my previous bank NEVER would have done this & never did. All I’m saying is that I’m glad they are looking out for me. It makes me feel safer!!

    Suncoast Credit Union is a good bank I'm so glad I switched over from SunTrust which I was with for like 10 years I have had nothing but great service from Suncoast they have been great to me and employees are so nice service perfect A lot of opportunities with this Bank I'm very pleased I encourage you to go get a bank account you'll be happy trust me good job
