The Check Cashing Store N Tamiami Trl, North Fort Myers

went here for my first time, and had a great experience. very helpful staff and informative, made my first time an ease. I believe Martha was the lady who helped me, helped me with an issue walmart had me encounter. Martha heard my story and helped the bus she can and got me on the data and out the store quick and helpful thank you guys so much for the help and extra care.

Very shady place. They don't go by the hours on the door. If you are lucky to get someone who knows how do their job you may get out and in a few hours after you walk-in. I only went there to cash a quick check. Spend hour in line cause people was getting loans and they cant help anyone esle while they are waiting on a ok for a loan. Really crazy shady place.

I drive from Labelle because of the way I am always treated by the ladies at the North FT. Myers location. They always go the extra mile to make sure I'm completely satisfied. They get an A+ in customer service. I wish I could remember they Spanish lady that always helps me so I can give her a special shout out. Keep up the good work!

ONLY reason why I put any stars is for the one lady who is always there by herself I believe she is now the manager and it is well deserved; Very few people can work in tough situations like I’ve witnessed her handle and still smile. Side note: corporate offices really needs to get on the ball game one person should not be working in a busy store that deals money not fair to the customers who have to wait over an hour to cash a check and not fair to that woman who has to service customers who are mad about the wait.

Martha is one of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with there. She’s always helpful and always has a smile on her face!

Nina is an awesome employee. Customer service is the greatest. All employees are awesome too. Very professional and helpful associates. They deserve all incentives and or bonuses for there awesome work.I will always do my business at this location.

My boyfriend received his stimulus check and needed a place to cash it because his ID had been stolen a few days before. We went into this check cashing store and we were waiting on by a lady named Martha who was very professional and did absolutely everything she could to help us. She was able to get the check cashed for him and did it in record time because we actually showed up 10 minutes before they were closing. She was very friendly and very professional in every way. we are definitely going through hard times right now and needed to be able to catch that check very badly and I don't think we would have been able to get it done without someone like her working there. The store itself is great but I definitely give the five stars to Martha. I was there again today and it's now the end of October and Martha is still the one working in there and she is awesome. She is so professional and friendly and it's literally a pleasure to go there to cash my checks when she is working!!

This place is UNBELIEVABLE! Unbelievably shady! It’s no wonder the lady is so persistent in trying to get people to use their services. Keeping people in debt with not only high interest rates, but also extremely high unfounded charges! Over 400 dollars for a back charge??? When? Where? The only thing my wife and I have ever done there is cash checks and have never ever gotten any payday loans!! The lady got very dodgy when I asked her and eventually hung up on me. If you have to drive an extra 5 or 10 or 1000 miles to get your check cashed (or for any other financial services you might need that they offer), I definitely would!

I always come to the check cashing store in North Fort Myers, they are fast professional and very helpful. Martha and her team are the best!

Martha is without a doubt the best and only reason to go to this location. When I went in earlier that week to get my tax refund check cashed I ended up getting blocked from the system and the other women that were there couldn’t do anything about it. So I went in later that week, and Martha took one look at it and figured it was probably just a glitch 45 minutes later after stopping at a diner for a meal I get back and she has it all cleared up. I wish I could give her more than just five stars because she absolutely deserves it!

For Martha what can I say exceptional manager went above and beyond and out of her way to take care of her customers.. she deserves so much more than a thank you.. the world needs more Martha's!!

All of the Check Cashing stores have been helpful whenever I need to cash a check from my small business, but I love coming to this store and being helped by Martha!!! She has always been so amazing - friendly, helpful, and professional. She really takes the extra time to explain everything and you know she actually cares how your visit to her store affects the rest of your day. Just the Best!!!

I have used this check cashing store for many years. Even after moving to the south Cape Coral, I still go out of my way to go the this specific location in North Fort Myers if I need any of there services. Over the years , it has been a pleasure having Nina and Martha helping me out when I am there. They are quick, smart, and very efficient at what they do. Thank you ladies!
