If I could give this place 50 stars I would . Probably the best customer experience I’ve ever had in a bank . After few visits at different locations I decided to stop by and give another try before closing the accounts . I finally got Eris who patiently listen carefully to what I needed,his willing to help straighten out the issues I had , in top of that doing 5 credit cards transfers and also refinancing my car as well in less then 2 hours . Thank you for your kindness and going above to make everything as smooth as it went. Keep up the great work ( and the jokes )

So the address in my drivers license is good enough for the government but not for you? FIRST I tried on line, I got a message to go into a branch. Fine, took a couple hours of from work drove to a branch and after waiting for a good hour , I get asked for proof of ID, electric bill , telephone, (I am thinking sure because everyone has that in the wallet) How ridiculous can a back be, it's my driver's license, address from other Banks credit card, but NO has to be specific and on paper. If I would have been notified when I was requested to go in, well maybe, but having to take time off from work for nothing and then again because the address on the license is good to get on a plane but not to open a account with you... Wow I guess i will open my account somewhere else or just keep my actual back.

Amazing service and customer experience. I went for some general information and Eris helped me not only to open two accounts but referred to Neri for a car loan. All of that in the same day. Super upset I didn’t know about suncoast before . I’ve been banking with Bank of America for a life time and they still charge me 15 $ for a cashier check. I’m so glad I went to ask few questions today and got Eris who not just open up accounts but explain patiently everything to me and made sun coast my primary Bank Thanks again for all you’re professionalism and patient with me.
