Went to open account for my son. Sat there asking why can't I opened a account today July 3 2021, she said they have appointments but I there at 9. 17 minutes later still no one showed up. Being black in america is the bad I guest. No one wants to help you. Been banking here at bank of america for almost. 20 years.

I had a terrible experience here. I walked in and They didn’t even say hi! Cashiers took care of three customers pretty fast and when it was my turn they just ignored me and made me wait for almost 5 minutes and I was the only customer left inside. After that, a male, young, tall cashier took care of me but I noticed he was unpleasant. I don’t know if they treated me that way because I was a Latina customer. I felt really uncomfortable in this place. Thank God I do not have to come back!!!

Wow! Marked improvements since the last time I was here. Drove up the drive-thru but there wasn't anyone near the window. There were two tellers taking care of customers inside the bank. I though I would either have to wait there for few minutes like last time or walk into the bank. But one of the tellers immediately looked towards me and acknowledge my presence and gestured that she would be with me shortly. And that's what she did. Immediately after her last customer, she was by the window handling my transaction. Please keep it up. This is what customer service is about. Thank you!

I wanned to deposit a check under my name into my wifes account that she has there which ive done before in other bank of america and the lady said with a straight face that they “dont do that” that they are not “supposed to do that” and when I explained that ive done that before she proceeded to tell me that i needed to sit down with a banker so i could make the deposit but i needed to make an appointment for next Thursday because they were all booked....five days from now ( so terrible costumer service they are not willing to help anyone there) terrible bank.

    Response from the owner

Hi Aaron, thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. While we are only able to deposit checks that are made payable to those listed on the account as an owner, your wife can certainly add you to their account as a co-owner so that any checks made payable to either you or your wife may be deposited into the same account. In some cases, checks being deposited into accounts that do not match the payee listed on the account title, could be placed on hold or adjusted which can further delay access to funds. If you happen to have any other questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. ^matt

I absolutely love this bank! I’ve recommended them to all my friends who now absolutely love this bank. I love the fact that they don’t pimp me for money on every little thing. My Father-in-Law is set in his ways and banks at Regions and they are terrible for charging for everything. BOA allows me to deposit online up to $10,000 for free each month. They’re super friendly and it’s the closest to being like the old time banks. Highly recommend BOA...

The worse bank ever. No matter if you use the drive thru or go inside the bank, just be ready to spend at least 45 minutes to do the more simple transaction. They don’t have enough personal and it’s always one person attending drive thru and acting as a teller inside. It’s not employees fault it’s more a manager matters. Please change the manager and maybe we change the bad taste this banks it’s giving to the customers.

Home of the one teller bank. Every time I go inside, because the drive up is closed at one and hit and miss at the other, it takes a minimum of 15 minutes to complete a deposit. Always waiting. Expect to wait as the bank itself always has 5 plus employees in offices and they look out at you are inconveniencing the teller by waiting in line. So if you like customer service, customer care and prompt service this is not teh bank for you.

This bank is horrible. The worst bank we have ever dealt with. Staff is rude as can be. We have accounts as Wells Fargo and Regions Bank here in Naples and we dread going to this BOA. Need to fire all the staff and start over again. They are so bad. We hate banking here.

I would just like to say publicly, that I was very pleased and impressed with the service I had at this Pebblebrook location of Bank of America. MR. JAIRO GUTIERREZ was most accommodating to me, considering that I wasn't even in compliance with their new way of doing things, in light of the new regulations due to the coronavirus. I showed up there 2 days in a row without an appointment, needing to get into my safety deposit box and instead of turning me away, when I called and told him I was already outside of the building, he simply politely and respectfully came to the door and let me in. He was most professional and cordial to me. The second day there was a slight glitch, but he and his co-worker (I believe her name is ANNA), did not stop until they were able to get me through, and on top of that he kept apologizing for my wait. I really appreciate all they did for me and I hope God will richly bless them and prevent them and their families from getting sick from this coronavirus. ALSO I HOPE THE POWERS THAT BE FOR BANK OF AMERICA, WILL READ THIS REVIEW AND REWARD THEM SIGNIFICANTLY, NOT JUST WITH WORDS AND A PAT ON THE BACK, BUT BY RAISING THEIR PAY SERIOUSLY. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP MR. JAIRO GUTIERREZ AND ANNA (I did not get her last name). GOD BLESS.
