This location is way understaffed or poorly operated. Every time I go in there is only one teller and it takes 20, 30, 40 mins. One long line. What’s worse they have an individual welcoming everyone in front at a stand up desk. They just stand there instead of getting behind the teller desk and helping reduce the line.

Opened a savings account so I could get an auto loan. It is a good rate, but trying to pay it is a nightmare. It must be payed by one of your accounts with them, I only put $5 in the savings just to open it. They say they accept cards inside for payment only if it doesn't ask for a pin, none of my credit cards worked (all with no balance on them), my debit card didn't work, so now I have to open a checking to somehow pay my loan.

This place is seriously under staffed. They have 1 teller & 1 person standing at the door for no reason, instead of being a teller & helping a customer you have to wait in line for 30 mins. Really really bad experience at this location.

I love all Suncoast great rates great checking account services the only thing I don't like about it is there ATMs they're still so ancient so sometimes we have issues when we try to deposit checks or cash

It took over 30 minutes for the staff to scan my documents to finalize the loan I had already been approved for. The staff brought the branch manager Micheal into the room when there was an issue on the computer. The brach manager Micheal became very sassy and defensive when I suggested a more customer friendly loan finalization process. It was very clear that my suggestion as an 11 year customer was not appreciated, nor welcomed.

SCSFCU is my banking institution and has been for 20 + years. The branches are conveniently located and professionalism is a common denominator. Google search and Google Maps made finding this branch very easy.

Closed our account. Said it was dormant. Yeah, we didn't use it much but how about letting us know that you're closing the account. Stand in line to make a deposit & start using this account more & I'm told that the account was closed 3 months ago.

We do send a notice to the last address on file alerting account holders that their account is in jeopardy of dormancy. We also provide steps on how to reinstate the account.
