This negative review is not towards Suncoast bank itself. I absolutely love Suncoast and do not plan on banking anywhere else. This review is strictly towards the customer service in the Sebring branch. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the person that I dealt with. Yesterday I entered the bank because I had a few questions about my account. There were 2 employees working. Employee (A) was sitting at the desk glued to her phone. Employee (B) was assisting another customer. Once they were done with that customer employee (B) said she would be glad to assist me. At that time employee (A) said she would assist me. She had a negative attitude and it seemed like assisting me was a hastle and she didn't want to be bothered. Instead of actually listening to my questions she jumped to conclusions and in no way answered any of my questions. She was quick to respond as if she was trying to get me out of the bank so she could go back to having her nose stuck in her phone. This is very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service.

As a member of this credit union we have been trying to secure RV financing and the loan has been in processing for over 3 weeks. It has been through three loan processors and no one seems to take ownership. The loan processor or underwriter goes out on vacation or takes a day off and everything stops. No back up crew to assist. We’ve been told in more than one occasion that the loan needs to be analyzed. I never have experience this with any lending institution. Still waiting to be closed.

Anti conceal carry bank. And to cas a check that's drawn on their bank you have to give social and address and what not.

This the second time I've been here the first time my fiance noticed we were told to lower our mask(I understand that precaution), But when another customer(Not the same skin tone as us)came in he was not told to lower his mask at all. Then today we go in to open a joint account and was told we need things that was not required when we opened our separate accounts...This place needs to be consistent, and train staff in diversity, we are not treated the same at all!!!

Me and my husband have been banking here for several years we usually go in person to see about loans and refinancing and have been approved every time in person. We applied for a boat loan online because when I called about a boat loan they told me to do it online the lady at the bank was a fast talker and would often talk while i was talking and it was just frustrating so I applied online and i was told after the application was over I would receive an email or phone call with the results we were denied in less than 24 hours with no notice other than my husband having to go online log in and check the status neither of us recieved a phone call or email explaining why. It was denied so fast I don't even think they looked through the application we both are essential workers still getting 40 plus hours at work are credit score isnt horrible. Will not apply here again for anything else. Worst loan experience ever
