Chris Perrin is absolutely amazing. He helped me purchase my first home. He went out of his way to make sure that I understood the process step-by-step. He was always available for my questions. He referred to the best real estate agent.

Got our first home through Sun West Mortgage and we just completed our refinance to a lower rate, lower monthly. Entire process was very smooth, timely, and they are very helpful and make you feel you are in good hands and they have your best interest. We can't believe buying our first home was that easy, it was! Seriously, zero stress. They take care of you.

Being first time home buyers, Ami was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. She was very responsive to our questions through the entire process. She really helped to make everything flow smoothly and quickly.

I have my refinance loan with them for past 4 months. I was informed that it will take 45-60 days. I keep hearing that its almost done by I still don't have a date. Not only that one of their reps pulled my credit report without my permission and cost me points on my report. I am still waiting to see if they come through. I will change my review if they do but if not then I am disappointed as they were referred by another relator. Quite unprofessional to keep making promises you can't keep. My credit is excellent and I am an avid investor. So finances are not an issue. #poorcustomerservice
