I don't normally leave reviews however, Corry Abie made the refinance process seamless. Corry answered every question I had, no matter how small. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I will recommend Sun West to any and everybody just because there are people like Corry working there. It was definitely a pleasure working with Corry.

Very unprofessional company. Originally had 45 day escrow to close. Buyer wanted 30 day escrow so we renegotiated the terms. The lady that was working with my Realitor was bragging about how quickly she could get the the loan done and be on time to close by the 30 day window. As a seller I did what I had to do and moved out of my house. Turned off all my utilities having to be told everything was going smoothly until it wasn’t. Very dissatisfied with this company and I wouldn’t recommend to do business with them. 5 days later and we still haven’t closed escrow and it hasn’t been recorded.

These guys will screw you over thoroughly if given the chance. Read the fine print! We were left with a ridiculous amount of fees after our loan was agreed upon. I thought I had left no stone unturned. Best to avoid!

Don't finance or refinance with Sun West Mortgage! I had a loan with Sun West 12 year ago They sold my loan to another company. Now they are sending mail to my home every day. To get me to refinance my home with Sun west! I have requested for 4 months to stop m mail they refused! Bad company don't do any business with Them! Chose another finance company. You will be Happier! Dennis Neal company

SCAM RUN!! These people will scam you and try to give you the highest of high interest rate telling you, you can always refinance. And then please don’t be educated on anything involving loans because they will then see you as a threat and completely TAKE AWAY YOUR PREAPPROVAL! We put in an offer on a house decided it was to much work and decided to back out once we backed out we were told our preapproval was being revoked.. Thank god they are not the only lender or I would have never gotten a house because I wouldn’t have used them if my life depended on it! What a joke of a place!!
