This company is terrible. Andrea Ruiz told us we were in "good hands" and was very attentive to our loan UNTIL we paid the $795 appraisal fee. At that point, it was impossible to get a response from her, even though we texted, called her direct line, and emailed her multiple times. We called the office 800 number and it was not in service. When we did actually talk to her one time (June 17) her excuse for the stonewalling was some lame thing about the appraiser had not gotten her all the documents she needed to close the loan. I don't think Oceans Mortgage is in the loan business, I think the are in the rip off senior citizens for $795 and then move on business.

Lyndsey and the whole team at Oceans Mortgage were wonderful to work with. As a Realtor you always get nervous to work with someone new-hey they can make or break the whole deal- you guys were wonderful and quickly put my reservations at ease.

This team has to be the best team I've dealt with. I had various companies promise me imposibles but Sehar was very honest from the get go and did everything to make my transaction go smoothly. Sehar was GREAT!! Her follow up and communication with me was great. I had no issues and everything was done within 2 weeks which amazed me. I was a first time homebuyer when i found Oceans Mortgage through an internet search via Lending Tree. I was pretty much a rooky. Had absolutely zero knowledge and experience on how the whole process works.
