too much time asking questions.the web site said easy loan.not acqurate. unpleasant loan agent. took my time up and still couldnt answer if it was yes or no could not understand agent spoke too fast and was breathing like he had a stuffy nose sad thing is i really needed the loan.

I don’t do reviews....ever. So this is definitely speaking volumes for me to get on here and write this out. I needed some money ASAP for bills, so my mom referred me to Sun Loan. I called late in the afternoon and spoke with Mrs.Maria. She asked me all the questions she needed to to see if I qualified and it was a little lengthy, but it wasn’t a hassle with how friendly she was. She gave me a call back and I didn’t qualify for the amount I needed, but she did want to help the best she could. I go up there and start off with a small loan. She’s happy to help and educates me on all the benefits of the loan if I make my payments on time (keep in mind I’m a college student with little to no credit). I get it and make all payments early and on time. Months later I refinance for a bigger loan and pay that off too. Just yesterday I went back to get another loan for bills and I qualify for an even higher amount. Maria has been a big help this whole process and makes me feel like a valued customer! She’s so eager to help and there’s no doubt about it. I’ve often overheard her on calls with customers and she works with them the best she’s able to even when they’re late and aren’t able to pay yet. She’s always so kind and reassuring to every customer. I’ve had a great experience at Sun Loan. Mine may be different than others since I was able to make payments on time, but from what I’ve seen I know that they are still a good company to get a loan from because they’ll work with you. Maria is the real MVP!!!!
