My wife went in to get an ESTIMATE to see how much they would charge her to do her taxes.. she even told (Maria Medina) she was missing a W-2's and the agent went ahead and processed my wife's taxes without her permission or signature or authentication. We feel like she did something illegitimate.. horrible experience dealing with these girls who don't know what they're doing.. don't do you're taxes at sun loan ..

Do not file taxes here they don't give you any documents of your returns or let you know how much they charge to file they just keep giving ppl the run arounds. They also leave you on hold and hung up. Manager gives attitude and the owner that just replied gives a false number to call. I will be reporting office to IRS. Told lady not to file taxes since I was just looking for a price and was missing a w-2. She still sent my documents.

I came to the office yesterday to take my fist loan and I can say they have a great environment. They make you feel welcome, help you with any questions and are willing to work with you. I came to make a payment early and they called me saying that I didn’t pay at all so basically they stole 100 dollars from me and today I just paid off the total balance because I can’t do business with people that have no integrity. Zero stars. Would not recommend

I came to this office and had a great experience. I applied over the phone and was told I was approved. I was told of the items I needed to bring in, the ladies at this office made me feel very welcome on top of that they waited for me to arrive even though it was closing time at 5:30pm.
