Always very friendly. My only thing and it isn't negative but my work hours don't mesh with their hours and I just don't feel it necessary to call so often as soon as your payment is due. I do call back it is a good time for me to be able to.

I've taken out loans through several companies through the years, it's what you do when you're drowning in debt. Sun Loan has been the most pleasant by far. I've never felt harassed for being late on a payment like some of those other establishments, and that's important to me. I believe they understand the people they are helping, that we're struggling and desperate for relief from our various situations. I respect them for the way the don't remind me that my life is a disaster. So, if you're in need, I'm sure they will do all they can to help.

The staff at Sun Loan are very friendly and they have been very helpful. I have had my loan through them for some time now and if I ever need an extension on my payment, they are very understanding about it. Also, they always let me know if I have any credit available if I would like to refinance my loan. I have never had any issues with the staff here. I would highly recommend going here if you are needing a loan.
