On our way back home traveling through Illinois in the middle of the night on a Sunday! Had a blow out on my car trailer called these guys! Fantastic service they even had the exact tire I needed reasonable price for emergency. Changed it by and was back on the road in less than 30 min Thanks to JT! Highly recommended.

Horrible service on changing out an alternator . Came in break down and they originally said it was my battery then told me it was my alternator. After waiting the entire day to get it fixed it wasn’t even fixed and they had me leave knowing it wasn’t done right with the battery light still on . Broke down 30 miles away and they offered no help to me besides saying that I should take it to a dodge dealership. Had a mobile mechanic fix the alternator the next day . Dynamite towing offer no type of warranty on their work or any type of assistance whatsoever . If I could give them zero stars I would .

This shop it’s across the street from Loves truck stop, if you ever tired of long wait at the loves. This is the place and they will take care of you and let you know if you need anything else, plus they are really nice to work with…

We were hauling horses with two trailerloads back home to Colorado and had a tire blow on one of the horse trailers and the spare was no good either. We called and drove to them and T.J. had us in New tires, and switched onto the rims within an hour. We're so grateful our horses didn't have to stand on the hot trailer for too long. He was very concerned that we got back on the road. Dynamite was a godsend. Thank yoy!

Mechanics at Loves said I had an excessively loose wheel bearing. Brought it here, and mechanic said they were lying, to get more money out of us. He did a quick and free inspection. I appreciate the honesty so a 5 star review seems appropriate.

The tech had my tire off and a new one on in 15 minutes. Another 5 minutes to pay and I was on my way. Time is money and I saved more than I spent by choosing to go here.

Don't even think to repair your trailer here. I had Air Pressure leaking. Tgey said is been fixed. When I arrived to the next Truck Stop , the issue came back. They just did a poor job to last a bit and to get my money.

Little bit of confusion at first, but was quickly sorted out. Gentleman on the phone was very friendly, and apologetic as well! Highly recommend!

Courteous and professional mechanic on my road call. My issue was diagnosed and repaired quickly. They have a payment website that was sent to my phone. Easy to use. Would use again if needed in the area.

The service was expected of what you find near a truck stop. We need a new axle for our gooseneck trailer. We found one locally and took it to them for the repair. They did a good job installing it...Wasn't very pleased with how fast they did it but they got it done in an ok timeline. Wasn't too bad. Where I had a problem was that I wanted to keep my axle as I had $400 in parts on the good hub and the axle to be rebuilt back home. Apparently their "forklift" was out of gas and couldn't put it on the trailer. Nor did they have a hoist apparently...for a shop I was surprised. So I was unable to keep my old axle and parts. I had also asked for them to repair some tires. Apparently I had a "large bolt" through one of them and a tear on the sidewall on another....again...the driver couldn't even see the tires if that were the case so I had to purchase two new tires at well over the actual price of each. So they got the job done....just not happy that I couldn't keep my parts or see the damage on the tires.

Guy was very rude. Just told me he had too many tows. Didn’t offer a different tow service. Didn’t ask if he could come and help with my problem the next day. Situation I described to him was obviously not an emergency. Acted like he was irritated that I even called.

One of our company trucks was towed to Dynamite in January 2021. Mr.Keith assured us that it would be fixed, and on 01/08/2021 we paid $15,510.82 to get our truck, which we were told it was fixed and "road ready". Not even 30 miles down the road, the driver had to stop due to the truck breaking down once AGAIN! After another$1,000 tow and 2 days the truck was put into a different repair shop where we were told that Dynamite Road Service had wrongly repaired the truck, and we were having the same issues as when it went into Dynamite. After MULITIPLE tries to talk to Mr.Keith and get him to admit wrongdoings done by the shop he will not take blame for any faulty/misdiagnosed repairs the shop has done. We did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to take further action! DO not bring your trucks here unless you want to give away thousands of dollars! BE AWARE!

I cannot thank Keith and his staff enough for the fantastic service they provided us today. They were the only place that had the tire we needed for our RV and we were off on our way in less than 30 minutes. We are truly grateful for their help and will be recommending them to for anyone who is traveling on I-57.

Don’t recommend at all. We asked the guy why the price was so high after the price the lady gave us. He comes back at us with attitude and then says “well did you expect it to be free”. $200 for not even going across the street…. It was a 2-3 min drive. And then asked how much it would be to tow it back home they said $975. I called another tow company got it towed home and only paid $370. Don’t let them rip you off.

HUGHLY OVERPRICED! Charged me $500 for chamber changed and wanted to tow the truck when I called them! All the negative reviews are TRUE! The rudest customer service I’ve ever got! They are taking hours for chitchat instead of working and then charging you for that!

A leaf spring on our RV broke while traveling. We limped to Dynamite on a Sunday afternoon hoping they would be able to help us. We spent the night in their parking lot and on Monday morning they replaced the leaf spring and we were back on the road. The employees were very friendly and the cost of repair affordable!

What can I say about these guys! I had the unfortune to breakdown on the side of the highway and called Dynamite. They came out to the roadside and I managed to limp to there shop. Mason the tech on call was fantastic. Nothing was to much bother for him. He checked out my truck and found out that I needed to go to the dealer for repair. he arranged for me to be towed in a timely manner. The cost was a lot better than I thought, Great all round service, Now to the main question would I recommend these guys? A Big Yes Well done guys

This is the worst company they took the car apart without my permission and they didn't put it back together lied to me how long it will take to fix my car and I told them to put my car back together they refused I will be sueing this company for neglecting my rights and they made my driver sleep outside how rude they refuse to give me my car back DO NOT GO THERE

DO NOT HIRED THIS GUY!!! he stole from me a lot of parts from my truck plus he charged me a loooot more than what it supposed to be. Besides he told e last min that doesnt take credit or debit card!!!! so how and real business doesnt take cards???? horrible service!!!!! we already call police to see if we can recover the parts of my truck that he kept!

My pickup had a wheel hub bearing fail at 1am on a Sunday. Pulled into Loves and asked for a mechanic that works on Sundays and was referred here. Called their number and the person that answered was nice and assured me a mechanic would be in at 8am to look at it. Got some sleep at Loves and went over in the morning and the mechanic showed up right on time. Very nice guy, looked at it immediately, went to town to get the needed part and had be back on the road in a couple hours. Nice people to work with and would definitely recommend.

Had a very pleasant experience considering we were seven hours from home when our car’s motor failed on the highway. Larry towed us three women to the shop at 7pm on a Friday, where the mechanic immediately looked at it and determined the cause and decided on a solution. We waited in the lounge and tried to call the “taxi service” listed on Google in town, but two men in an Astro van showed up, so we got scared and did not take the ride. We ended up calling Larry back and he came and got us in his personal vehicle and brought us to a hotel in Marion on his own time. Incredibly thankful for the professionalism and kindness of these two gentlemen at Dynamite Road Service tonight.

I get that your busy, but when your the only guy in town who everyone says can help- show some compassion and get a VM system that handles your calls correctly. Don’t talk to customers if you can’t help them. I get that your busy, but people are desperate and don’t want to hear your frustration with them. Especially when everyone they call. Says call dynamite. Get a phone system and have someone answer it and say nicely that you are busy and will return calls as you can or are not able to help new customers at the moment. You are your personal brand and you have a great reputation- you just don’t do yourself any favors.

They don't want to release to me my truck until the wire transfer goes which is unheard of. I have my driver staying in a hotel and have to change my loads drop off time because of this. I've used lots of other towing company services and I have never had this problem. Very bad on their part.
