We refinanced through Summit because the rates were so low. Not only was the customer service great (we worked primarily with Bryan, but all the interactions we had were great), but the turn around time was right at about 24 hours. The rate that they locked us in at was better than the other national brands and their fee was significantly lower than those brands as well. We will definitely do business with Summit Lending again in the future and will recommend them to anyone who is looking .
