100 stars!!! We worked with Russel and he is super professional and efficient. We are first time home buyers and clueless so he was able to resolve many confusions for us (we are those students who fell asleep in classes). He is very patient and easy to talk to and doesn't mind explaining things in simple terms so we can understand loan products and real estate along the way. What most people don't understand is how important a great lender is in this market. Every time we make an offer Russel actually contacted the listing agent to advocate on our behalf so we can gain a more competitive edge. After our offer was accepted, Russel was able to secure a jumbo loan with a very competitive rate and close in a more aggressive timeline. He remained in close contact with us and let us know every single detail during the buying/escrow/closing process.
