Justin and his team (Vanessa and Andrea) were absolutely spectacular. We were concerned about monthly payments and he met with us on off hours to find a better option for our needs. We thought for sure we wouldn’t make original closing date with all the changes but they made it happen!! Highly responsive, very personable, and just overall great to work with. Loved the Tuesday updates to stay in the know of everything going on. Very happy we went with them!

Taylor was incredible to work with — super patient, transparent, friendly, and a knowledge powerhouse. Highly recommend using him as your loan officer as he gets an A+ for communication. Everything was going fantastic and shockingly smooth up until the very end unfortunately. Although Andrea too was amazing to work with, Vanessa never returned phone calls or voicemails when I had questions about what I was signing. Excuses of “preferring email” doesn’t cut it for me. Poor communication and unclear requirements for telecommuting documentation caused us to miss our closing deadline, which resulted in me being charged an extra $500 fee, which doesn’t seem right.

If you are looking for a mortgage office that is about the customer service, this is the place. Nate and his team offer a stream lined loan process, confidence in getting the deal done, and timely communication with the client. I cannot imagine going to another place for home mortgage.
