D.L. Evans Bank E Fairview Ave, Meridian

We have had an account with DL Evans for over 10 years. Their employees have always been pleasant and helpful. I recently wore a mask into the branch on Eagle and Fairview in Meridian because Covid numbers are on the rise again. I was not expecting the employees to be masked, but both ladies I interacted with quickly grabbed a mask and put it on while we were talking. I was very impressed and appreciative. Thank you for being respectful of your customers' health.

Hands down the most personal and amazing customer service! We ALWAYS get prompt, friendly service whether we call in or go to a branch in person. You always get a real live person on the phone too- no prompts. Why deal with the big banks who don't care about you when you can have a local bank like DL Evans? Everyone is always amazing. Seriously- every single bank or credit union needs to take a page from the DL Evans customer service playbook :)

They have always been kind and even helped me sort out change from a giant change jar during a slow time. My Grandpa died recently passed away (he & Gma use DLE too) and when Lori saw me at Walmart she offered condolences. It meant a lot to me that she knows me and my grandparents as well.

Bank is a bank. My only real beef with this bank is the lack of working ATMs. Seems half the time I try to use an atm, it is out of order. Not helpful at all.

I have worked with DL Evans for many things, including business loans, SBA loans, and home loans. I run all of my business accounts through DL Evans and have always had amazing service.

I cash my check here everytime, I cash and then deposit so I have access to my funds immediately. It so happens that Susan changes the rules so I cannot do that. The fact that I do this every 2 weeks and suddenly it changes. Doesnt sound like a rule that has been in place. I've been a customer for over 3 years, thanks to susan I am done with this bank. Its ridiculous. I want a response from someone about this. UPDATE: After I sent them an email stating that I didnt want them to call me that an email was enough they STILL called me and the branch manager basically did not care whatsoever that I was ending my account with them and couldn't admit that their system is flawed. She couldn't explain why some tellers at HER branch have been doing these transactions for me for the past year. They need to get the branch figured out. I would definitely recommend staying as far as you can away from this branch.
