I've been a customer of Summit Funding for 4 years. I have found Dave and his team to be very professional and their customer service is outstanding. In addition, their client get-togethers in the summertime is a great and fun way to meet other Summit customers. The pies they provide on a complimentary basis at Thanksgiving is another example of Dave and his team way of showing their appreciation for their clients business.

My house closed yesterday. The team I worked with at Summit Funding - Brad, Kimberly, Tonya, and Noelle - was helpful, friendly, and immediately responsive to my questions throughout the process. I'm very detail oriented and read every line of documents, and whenever I asked a question (and I asked a lot of them) they explained it so that I understood the answer. Brad told me at the outset that their initial estimate of my closing costs was going to be HIGHER than my final costs - and that was true. My final costs were lower than I originally anticipated. My interest rate was satisfactory, and they were able to close five days earlier than the date specified in the contract, which was very helpful to me in organizing my long distance move. I expected dealing with a lender to be a hassle, and it truly wasn't. The process was quick and seamless. I would use them again.

We reached out to her & her team at the end of September not really expecting much to come of it because of our unique financial situation and we had our preapproval within THREE days. Codi was so reassuring when I was riddled with doubt that there could be no way this would work out. She spent countless afternoons on the phone with me, talking us through every step, explaining all of the pieces. I am so grateful for her dedication and patience. She is truly amazing. Not to mention, our closing date was on my birthday and she called me linked on a zoom with everyone who worked on our loan and sang happy birthday to me while I was at work. Summit funding was amazing with the whole home buying experience. My boyfriend and I spent months looking, putting in several offers just to get rejected and even had to back out of one purchase due to the home inspection. Anytime we wanted numbers ran on a potential house Joe Shay was on it, even on the weekends. Joe worked closely with us to help us to get our credit score up so we could get a better rate. When we finally found a home that fit us perfectly, we choose to do a quick close. I was worried it would be extremely stressful, however, Joe and Michael Chase made sure it was a smooth process and not stressful at all. Joe and Michael were quick to answer any questions we had during the final steps. We ended up going with a title company that was out of town and we had to sign documents on a Saturday at 8:00 AM, Joe made sure he was there to help with any questions we had!

The summit funding team team was wonderful, from explaining in detail about the processes, to making sure they gave realistic expectations and were always honest we had a wonderful experience. Every person we spoke to was kind and honest and they went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the most out of the situation. We really appreciate them, especially Joe and Michael, so much for everything they have helped us accomplish! We would recomend them 100 times over!
