I was looking to purchase a 8-unit apartment complex in Klamath Falls that had deferred maintenance problems. Cetan fund was the right financing solution partner for me for this transaction. They were thorough, flexible and fast in their decision making process. Importantly, it was a pleasure working with Zach, and Mary (when Zach was on vacation). The bridge/rehab loan allowed me acquire the property and created value-add to the property. Within 9 months, I was able to complete the rehab of the apartment, increase occupancy to 100% from 50%, and refinance the Cetan loan to a conventional loan.
