Mary, Kimmie and Mark were a great team to work with. Despite some hiccups on our end, they were able to make it happen, and always had great communication throughout the process. Our escrow coordinators Kaitlynn and Maria were also very understanding and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!

Mark and his team delivered timely updates about every step of the process that was completed immediately as we made progress forward. When an issue delayed the process, or an extra verification needed to take place, they made me aware of it and I could appease the sellers and allay their concerns. The team also helped prepare the client well to proceed through the hurdles of the loan approval process. I am writing this review because I feel the need to share my experience with others who are also first time home buyers. For starters, both my husband and I are a very young couple so of course we had no knowledge of how to purchase a home or the process of how it goes. We met Mark Massa's team through a realtor I initially started with. (didn't work out) and I found another amazing realtor Jayesh, which completed my winning team since I still continued to work with Summit Funding because since the very beginning I felt happy to work with such wonderful people starting with Mary. I was passed along the team depending on which milestone we were in our purchase until we reached our finish line. Mary was amazing at gathering documents and letting me know what we would need before they asked for it. & Mark made us feel secure and shared with us the knowledge of a home buying process we didn't have ,which was amazing. Kymmie & Bob were OUTSTANDING in answering all my questions when it came to the UW and final approvals, and trust me I was a pain in the butt. They showed the utmost patience and understood my frustrations. This experience overall was bittersweet. It was amazing & stressful. But working with this team I couldn't have pictured it any other way. Buying a home is not easy but it's worth it and when you have a great team like this , it's just that much better.
