We contacted Jen when we needed a quick Texas approval, and Jen got us one in a day. She and her team Gaby and Kate work around the clock to make sure your loan is done in a timely manner. They are a very knowledgeable, attentive, hardworking team who were available to answer any questions that came up and give us their undivided attention. We enjoyed having them work on our loan and they made everything user friendly and not difficult. Even though living in California and this being our first purchase in Texas, we felt confident to have Jen and her team in charge. Outstanding experience with summit funding. Josh Gullick definitely knows the market and provides personalized counsel and guidance at every step of the process. This was my first home purchase and summit funding made it as smooth as possible. This was our 3rd time using Dan and his team at Summit Funding. We weren’t sure about the best way to move forward with situation, but Dan was able to walk us through all of our options. As we have experienced before, Dan was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to talk to us and he actually cares about those he works with. I was referred to Summit Funding for my recent, first home purchase in May 2022. I could not be happier. Steve Kaminski and his team, especially Ami Pellegrini, were awesome. Diligent, personable, helpful, and transparent--Steve's team helped me quickly and easily navigate an expedited escrow process and helped me to lock in the best loan. All in all, they were reachable when I needed them, they were patient with my questions, provided me decision-making space, and they were consistent in their approach. The one story that illustrates this best was Steve and his team's ability to lock me in at a 4.25% rate when the market was whipsawing 5% and higher. The Summit Funding team achieved this by carefully timing the market, walking me through the pros/cons of putting some money down to lock in the rate, and with a little bit of luck. All in all, I highly recommend Summit Funding. I will certainly use them next time I purchase a property.
