I had been referred here, they seem to have missed credits. Erin could not finalize my taxes on the same day, once she had my taxes done she did not send me a copy. i had to request them twice via email. this year as i tried to make an appointment with someone else, the receptionist said she had to speak with Erin first.. I am the customer and if i want to make an appointment with a different person i should be able to. I didn't get the "trust" factor. Considering this is a very important transaction I should feel a sense of trust with the tax advisor. Not everyone is meticulous in there job.. needless to say i will be going elsewhere.

I have been going to Summit Financial for my taxes since 2006 - and I have never had a bad experience. In fact, I have never had anything but an outstanding experience. I am treated like family and even though I only usually talk to them once a year, they always remember me and are very cordial. But most importantly, they are extremely good at what they do and have helped me make sure I get the maximum returns without risk. I would highly recommend Summit, especially Della or Michelle, both have done my taxes with excellent results.

Erin makes tax time a very easy process. Quick, efficient, and very helpful throughout the year if you have any questions or requests.. Very glad I found this place!

Good people but just won't get back to you in a timely manner. Michelle prepares my taxes and just will not respond to emails. I will not be using them anymore.

Erin is the best over there if you need someone to take care of your taxes and other financial stuff. She is super cool and very knowledgeable so in the long run she’ll save you hundreds of thousands. Highly recommended!

I've been coming here to have my taxes done since 2011. My taxes aren't complicated however since I began using Summit I have retired, I volunteer, I've had legal fees and the tax laws have changed. Keeping up with those dynamics can be frustrating. Having a professional safeguards me from mistakes or a possible audit. I'm very satisfied with Summit.
