I have had two recent experiences with Subaru of Corvallis Service Department. So far I am very happy with their service and the value received. I first had them create an additional electronic key and a valet key for me for a newly purchased 2011 Outback. I appreciated that they were up front about the cost and scheduled me for the service required to coincide with the arrival of the key blanks. It took an hour and a half start to finish plus they washed and vacuumed my car. Today I took it for an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor found a different coupon for me because I had left mine at home so I still got the price I wanted. And this time I was pretty rushed and I loved that this service advisor asked me if I wanted them to vacuum my car. Since I had just done it that very day, I was able to say no and save time for everyone. I appreciated the full inspection as well. I would recommend it

I just want to let everyone reading know that this dealership doesn't seem to care about customer service after the sale is final. My daughter bought a car from them and bought the extended warranty, through the dealership. The car was great, but she was hit by another vehicle, (not her fault), many weeks later and it was totaled. She has been waiting nearby 9 weeks for the warranty company to refund her balance, through the dealership, and has not been given any help from the dealer. In fact, until this is resolved, she is still required to make her payments. Interest rates are rising and she can't buy another car. Every day that goes by is costing her more money, now and in future payments. NOT a customer service company. I and many of our family & friends will not use Subaru of Corvallis. This is the only defense a consumer has, GIVE YOUR MONEY TO DESERVING COMPANIES. Truly sad state in business these days.

Maya helped me out a lot while I waited for my order, she helped me into a loaner vehicle and put up with me pestering her asking it had arrived. Not a super high pressure sale, nothing compared to how I’ve been treated when I looked at other dealerships. I’d come back here to replace my other car.

Everyone at Toyota/Subaru of Corvallis was very friendly and genuinly wanted to help take care of me and my car. Their mechanics were up front with me about what needed to be done and how long it would take. Their prices are very reasonable and the shuttles are a very nice touch, it really helped me since I had no one else to help me go get my car. Will definitely be returning and getting more services here.

Subaru of Corvallis was really great during the purchase process they do everything they can to help you get into that car. However I highly suggest financing through your own bank and getting a extended warranty through your own company. They take a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks to refund any extended warranty, industry standard is 4 to 6 weeks. When you try to inquire about the extended warranty refund nobody will answer you. I have left several emails and gotten no response. Refunding your your money is not a priority to them only taking it. I will absolutely be buying another Subaru but it will absolutely not be from this dealership.

I wouldn't change this dealer for anyone. Service doesn't push to have work done yet lets me know what will need to be done at a later time. Rene and Houston worked closely with us when we brought our cars in to make sure we got out at a decent time due to the distance we had to travel afterwards. Kudos to the gal that set up our rental car and another gal that came out to help us by answering questions about that car. All around great place to take my car!!!

I had a very positive experience at Subaru of Corvallis. Houston and his team told me my tire treads were getting thin at my last regular servicing. I was able to get all-weather pre-siped (sp?) tires in time for my trip to Eastern Oregon this weekend. Thrilled to be safe to drive AND to NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT CHAINS.
