Awesome experience with Brooke and his team at Knight Financial! Five stars are not high enough!! Incredible personal attention, immediate access/communication whenever we had a question, and I have no doubt we got the best possible deal on our mortgage. They really went above and beyond. They helped us get VA condo approval for a building that had not been previously approved. This is not an easy process but we were able to get it done so we could get our best possible mortgage product. We also had a few problems with the seller, the seller's agent, and the title company -- Brooke was invaluable in finding solutions that enabled us to close on time. I had only used credit unions for previous mortgages but the level of customer service with Brooke and his team far exceeded anything I've experienced before. Thank you Brooke!!
