Josh Aveo was very helpful and very friendly! Unlike other car salesmen, he didn't constantly pressure or harass me. He went above and beyond to help find me the right car. I hate buying cars. But Auto One turned a painful chore into a wonderful experience. Staff is honest, informed, and helpful. Not just one or two of the staff—-ALL of them! Even the maintenance staff. Never been so impressed by a dealership—-ever. Example. At the maintenance shop this morning every single technician that walked past me in the waiting area smiled and said, “Good morning,”. They immediately took my vehicle and the work was complete within 15 minutes. They were knowledgeable, helpful and fast! I live in CA and drove up to CO to visit my family. One day, my uncle and I went to Auto1 because he was searching for a new car. He currently drives an early 2000 Ford Bronco and it gives him problems every so often. When we entered, we were greeted by Ruben. Ruben was very polite and friendly, and had us sat down at his desk. He asked my uncle a few questions about what car he was interested in and budget price as well. After exchanging a few questions and answers, Ruben began to show my uncle the cars that they had at the dealership. Ruben was professional, very honest and transparent, highly knowledgeable of the cars he was showing us, and even let us drive test one of the cars that my uncle really enjoyed. My uncle may not have gotten the car on the same day; however, the costumer service was the best we’ve experienced in the longest! If you guys stop by at Auto1, I recommend talking to Ruben!

This dealership was the very best that I have even been to! The staff was honest, transparent, helpful, and extremely nice. I’ve never been to a dealership where the staff was so honest, but Street Smart Motor City exceeded my expectations. The general manager was helpful and personable, the financial staff was transparent and straight forward, and the salesmen were very nice and weren’t those pushy type salesmen at your average dealership. I had been looking around for a spare vehicle at multiple dealerships and saw one online that caught my eye. When I called into the dealership spur of the moment, I spoke with Ruben. I told him I was 5 minutes away and by the time I got there, the car was waiting for me ready for a test drive. Throughout the whole process, the dealership was very professional and not pushy in the least like some can be. We ended up purchasing the vehicle, smooth and fast.

Stumbled across street smart after finding a car posted online that I was interested in. I called them as I was headed down to make sure the car I wanted to see was still available. I was impressed with their professionalism from the very first point of contact. Michele answered the phone, was very pleasant, asked when we would be arriving (I was 15 minutes away when I called). She said she would make sure the car was ready for us to see and sent the address via text. We were pleasantly greeted at the door as they finished up a few things getting the car ready to show. Ray soon came and got us and answered all our questions about the car, showed us around, went with us for a test drive etc. one thing that really stood out to me was when we were getting ready to leave for a test drive we (my husband, Ray and myself) were talking about the power is the car (Maserati Ghibli Q4) and Ray had mentioned he drove it over to the dealership and it was definitely a powerful car but he didn’t test the full power because it wasn’t his car. That alone spoke volumes on how they treat their inventory. I don’t know about you, but if it were me driving cars back and forth from lots I would have a hay day playing with them, acting like they were my own lol. Just being honest 😉. I was SO incredibly impressed by Rays professionalism throughout the whole process!! We were in a bit of a odd situation as my previous car had died literally the night before and the car we wanted wasn’t ready to leave the lot yet as they were waiting for the imported motor oil to do the oil change prior to releasing it. Ray went above and beyond finding a solution for us. It was going to be two days before the car was ready, and as any new car owner can relate too, I was so excited about our new car purchase I could barely wait! That two days felt like forever but Ray called a few times and gave us updates on where they were at in the process and what time frame we should be looking at. I showed up when he let me know the car was ready and he walked me through all the details of the car, what work was done, how to use all the functions of the vehicle etc. it was me and my young daughter picking it up. We were about ready to drive off the lot when he was going to run inside the office and grab something for us. Just as he walked away. An extra questionable guy stumbled up literally out of no where and was definitely interested in the car and to be honest immediately put me on guard as I didn’t know his intentions and I had my young daughter with me. As soon as this guy got closer to the us/the car, I was really starting to question this guys motives, Ray immediately popped over and took care of the situation. Everything was fine but just another example of how well they took care of us at Street smart auto! From the first point of contact to car purchased and off the lot they went way above and beyond in every aspect possible. They were kind, they were very well priced, customer service is above and beyond and overall extremely professional!! I don’t buy cars often but when I do, they have my business!! If your reading this review chances are your in the market for a new car. Take some time and walk the lot at street smart and see for yourself. Also, I HIGHLY recommend Ray. Especially if your like me and don’t like high pressure sales. He was so easy to work with and not once pressured us on anything!! Thanks to the whole team at street smart auto!!

Had a very good experience buying from them! They offered me a great competitive price for a used car that had very low mileage. I did not finance with them but they do offer good financing options from a range of banks. Their goal is to have the best price within a 500 mile area, and they do that well. I got a 2017 for about 1k less than the kbb value. The salesman are very nice as well!

The experience at Auto1 was unlike any other I have had in my car buying experience. The process was very smooth with them. Right as I walked in I was immediately greeted and helped by Chad and Ruben. I was able to test drive a car and have it personally inspected by a company of my choice. The prices were very fair and the process of buying my car was super easy. I was able to test drive, fill out paper work, and leave the lot with a new car in two days. They were super friendly and willing to tel me the honest truth about the cars they were trying to sell. There was complete transparency and nothing was trying to be hidden just to sell a car. They were 100% fair and I would recommend them to anybody trying to buy a car.

Bret has been very helpful and amazing through my car buying process. I felt like family not just another customer. I had my car less then 24 hours and the battery died in it. I called the dealership, Bret came and picked my car up got it fixed and brought it back to me the same day. He followed through with his word on everything he said he was going to do for us. He was patient and honest with me when I had questions. Even after our purchase I've been able to reach out to him with any other questions I've had.

I was helped by Chad Hirano at Auto 1. I’m not an expert in buying cars by any means, the premise can be daunting for a young adult because a car is a huge investment for us. Chad helped me feel at ease with the whole process. I was able to get pre-approved before my visit, which streamlined my whole experience. Colorado Springs has a small Asian population compared to Southern California, and I always feel more comfortable seeing cultural familiarity in a city away from home. Definitely helped the process because he was able to relate to living in Southern California, as well as addressing concerns my older immigrant relatives had about me making a big purchase like a car. It might seem like a small thing to be happy about, but it really helped the whole process. I truly felt like Chad wanted me, the customer, to get the best value for my purchase. I’m happy I visited Auto 1, and will be sending more family/friends soon!

My husband and I saw a posting on Facebook marketplace of a car that I was really interested in. We called to ask if they could send us additional photos before making the drive to see it in person. Ruben was the gentleman who answered the phone and was so helpful to text us photos and even had a coworker get in the back seat so we could see how much room there was for my daughter. Best salesperson in the car business if you ask me. We ended up making the drive that evening to see it. Upon getting in the car we noticed a crack in the upper portion of the window and asked about it and they said they would get it replaced. We got a call that day and have an appointment to get it fixed at no additional cost to us. We used our own financing so I don't have any remarks for that, but we did sign paperwork with the finance manager Mike and he was quick and straight to the point and got us out driving the new car quickly! All in all it was a great experience. Thanks again!

We found Street Smart through auto trader, and we are so glad we did! We called to verify that the vehicle we wanted to see was there, and Michele was so helpful! She sent us the address and made sure the car was there. When we arrived her and Ray were quick to greet us and offer us water and assistance. Ray was up front about the vehicles and didn’t try to hide any cosmetic imperfections they may have. He was patient with us having to take care of our baby, and made the process easy. Chris was an excellent salesman very friendly got to know each other a little bit and made our sale go smoothly. Checked out three trucks and a Jeep and ended with the Jeep. Need more salesman like him in this world. I understand he’s new but whoever is teaching him about his job or if it’s just himself learning keep up the good work. Needed a replacement for my wife's Lincoln MKZ. Health issues made her less able to get into such a low profile car. Found a Rav-4 that was perfect, the price was just right, and the military discount was helpful.

I walked in there and was helped by Joshua Aveo who was great and helped me out a lot until another guy stepped in and told me I could get pre qualified without hurting my credit. He went and applied at several banks and hurt my credit at over 5 points. He is a liar. I will not purchase anything from them. I personally had a great experience here. I didn’t even know this place existed but found a vehicle through AutoTrader. They were quick, helpful, nice and not pushy. The owner and some managers came out and talked to me while I was working with the salesman. They didn’t just stay hidden in the office like the “bad guys”, and everyone in the office seemed very nice and helpful. They got me a better interest rate than I walked in with from my pre approval, and paid for a key replacement.
