My loan processing was a comfortable experience. My officer Daron Rice always answered his phone and all my questions. The process was explained in a way I could understand it. Another company I tried took so long to call me back and could never fully explain the details. He offered great ideas and a real solution. I would not hesitate to go through him again if needed. We had an incredible experience working with our Loan Officer Daniel Cerruto. He made the entire process super understandable and explained every step thoroughly.  We were extremely new to this but Daniel made the entire process a breeze always following up with us to make sure that we had no pending questions. The seller had offered us a $50 credit for every day that we closed early and Daniel helped us close 21 (YES! TWENTY ONE!) days early and got us over $1000 towards our closing costs! Thanks again!
