Stonewall Title Company Acton Hwy, Granbury

Absolutely the worst company we have ever dealt with no communication. The only time you heard from them is when you left 50 meassges. Had to hire an attorney for NO reason, easement clearly drawn and written on survey. Delay after delay after delay. Would not return phone calls even the day we closed they were going to wait 3 hours before they handed us a check most incompetent title company I've ever dealt with run not walk away from them.

Since I am unable to "update" my review of Stonewall Title Company, I will add an additional review based on the follow-up by Stonewall. I received a call from the owner of the establishment and we spent a good 30 minutes on the phone discussing the experience. I was very pleased with the professionalism that was extended to me and was impressed that the client was also contacted about their experience. I would try using Stonewall again...Rome wasn't built in a day nor are business relationships.

Clients were told by their escrow officer, Deniece, that "you need to speed up the process". Buying a home is supposed to be a great experience but not everyone believes in that. Very sad that one person can take a happy day and turn it into an unhappy experience.

We are buying a house in Granbury, a for sale by owner. Stonewall title has helped us so much, we really appreciate their customer service and how easy they have made it to purchase the home without a realtor. Thank you so much Rosemary and Denise.

Did a fantastic job assisting me in purchasing my property from a eccentric person with erratic behavior and fits of narcissistic rage! Stonewall Title is second to none. Any chance I get to close a deal with Stefanie we take! They are never too busy to take a call from you or a client & Stefanie has stayed late on numerous occasions to make sure clients are taken care of.

The staff at Stonewall is amazing. No matter who you come in contact with they are eager and ready to help you or steer you to the right person that can! Ayla is always so sweet and ready to greet you with a smile. Deniece and Amy work their tails off to get things done the right way the first time. And Star is always there to support us and keeps us coming back. We love Stonewall!

Nothing good to say here. Waited in reception area until the gal up front decided to end her chitchat on the phone (felt like 3 days, probly 15 minutes). Left mssge for in house attorney. Never a phone call. Not even a simple "I'm sorry ma'am, so and so cannot help you " courtesy call. Just simply left me hanging. Unprofessional all the way around. Wouldn't recommend.👎
