This place is one of the most awful places to get a loan ever. The customer service is awful and downright disencouraging. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. It would be better to get a flex loan. Even the supervisor is straight up disrespectful. You can’t tell the difference that she is higher up until she mentions that she is. Would highly advise to skip this place if given the chance.

Brittany is always very helpful and professional. She puts on a smile and always ensures me with good communication . Sarah is a great addition to the team and both are doing a good job running the store. Good staff.

I love going there because the ladies are very nice and professional. They make me feel welcomed everytime I walk thru the door so whenever you need some extra cash go see Sarah Hunyadi or Brittany and they'll make sure you walk away happy

Great people! Stones River credit has continuously been helpful, patient, and understanding. I only recently opened a account, but I've known several people that have always praised them highly. The manager and staff are kind and respectful everytime I come in. I would recommend them to anyone. I've had a WONDERFUL experience doing business with them!!!

Very horrible place to get a loan everytime I walk in here to pay my loan their is always only the girl straight from door way who even offers to help the other two are always playing it’s getting old this is why I always have late fees I can never get them to answer the phone I’d rather get a flex loan at this point !!!

Brittany and Sarah and definitely a joy to do business with. I love coming in and seeing those to ladies. Its not hard to pay them or even tell them.hey something came up they understand and work things out. I can always count on them whenever I need to vent etc. They listen and keep it professional and they understand. The dynamic duo definitely get the job its a pleasure doing business with them.

Contrary to Southern Belles comment I have done business with this company for some time now. They treat you as fairly as possible and go the extra mile for their customers! Thank you stones river credit for always being their during my times of need!

Stopped by to take care my loan account. Always pleasant to visit here as the staff treats us so nice. Able to get in and out in just a few minutes and get back in to my day. Next visit on 7/1/2020.

Awful . They are rude and fake. They don't follow Tennessee loan laws . The supervisor makes her own rules . when its your right to have no mail sent to your home they contunie to still do it reguardless. Again making there own rules. Choose wisely ..... Don't go to them!!!
