I had to get some work done on my SUV and Noah Byers took care of me at Stokes and he is the best service writer I’ve ever had. I’ve been to other Ford dealerships in the area and the communication is spotty at best. My experience with Noah at Stokes was the complete opposite. Noah was very attentive to what I needed and his communication was superlative. I had a good bit of work done but he was able to get me in and out within a few hours. Went to Stokes Hodges Ford Saturday with my wife to find a truck to pull our recently purchased camper. We dealt with Mike Bishop and found him to be very helpful and polite. He put us in a very clean, low mileage Ford F-250 that we really think will suit our needs. The service technician at Stokes Hodges Ford was very polite and thorough. She asked me what I brought my vehicle there for and had my oil changed, tires rotated, and general inspection done within 45 minutes. A+ vehicle maintenance service at this Ford dealership.

Went to Stokes-Hodges to program new key fob for our Ford Explorer. Customer service rep, Eric Whipple, was excellent and offered great tips on our way out with regard to keyless entry so was very pleased as well. Cash register person checked on if we had Ford Pass points, which we did (but didn’t know about), so our bill was less. Overall everyone was friendly and was a very good experience and would definitely bring here again for service if conditions warrant.

I called in distress, so worried because an engine light came on today in my 2021 F350 and clearly had to be addressed. Paul in Service was both professional and kind, didn’t overpromise but really listened and took excellent care of my concerns. I went here to get my truck’s oil changed for the engine, transmission, front diff, and transfer case. Then I also had the tires rotated and some other routine maint. So far everything seems to be running as good as ever. It was easy to make the appt over the phone and it was easy to find the service center at the dealership. Paul is who helped me at the service desk. Paul was really helpful and great!

Jennifer at the service desk was excellent. She was polite, professional, she listened and took extra notes I could not provide earlier. When the work was complete she notified me right away and I was quickly on my way.

I just purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition from Stokes Hodges Ford @ Graniteville, SC. I had spoken extensively with my salesperson, Elijah (Bradham) prior to coming in regarding this vehicle. He went over all of the newer features on the 2019 as compared to my 2015 before I ever made the trip to SC. Though I had many questions spanning several days, Eli made me feel like he was there working only for me each time we spoke. When I went in to the dealership, he promptly greeted me and we went straight out for a test drive. I really liked that the test drive was 5-6 miles rather than straight down the highway so that I could get a true feeling of the handling of the vehicle, and, again, he patiently answered all questions. It always seems to take what seems like all day to get the contracts/paperwork done, but even that tedious process was handled expeditiously. I was very pleased with my experience with Stokes Hodges Ford, and most certainly would recommend that you ask for Elijah Bradham when you go in to purchase your next vehicle.

THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL LEMON DEALERS! STAY AWAY! I am 77 year old woman living on just my social security and I am devasted by what this dealership has done to me. I bought one of their used trucks yesterday for my grandsons family to have a working vehicle. He has a wife and a 7year old daughter to support and couldn’t afford to buy another vehicle for them after their car broke down. Together he and I came up with just enough money to buy what we thought was a functioning vehicle. It ran perfectly for a few minutes, then the noises started. Within an hour it was banging and shaking so badly I’m terrified it’s going to break down any minute. I’m worried what could happen if the piece of junk breaks down with his child in the car and crashes. I spent every penny I had on a death trap. The dealership refuses to make this right in any way. Shameful Con artists. Please do not let this happen to you family!

Walked in without an appointment and had a very short wait, pretty much what you would expect for a busy shop on a Saturday. They were able to get me in, look over my truck, do the service and have me out the door in no time at all. Highly recommend this shop for any of your services.

Great dealership with great people. Matt Bradham and TJ assisted me with finding my truck and were both very helpful. When the truck I wanted was not available for purchase, the dealership had one delivered for me and it was great. Matt was very informative throughout the process and honest about when my truck would be there. When I picked up the truck, it was washed and ready to go. I couldn’t ask for better service. They also provided me with a loner vehicle when I had a spray in bedliner installed in my truck. The finance manager was also great. Best dealership I’ve worked with.

My appointment was Monday morning at 10 AM it was late Tuesday afternoon before they even looked at the vehicle. The mechanic who worked on my car locked my key in his toolbox and left for the day. I had to wait on him to return to get my vehicle.

I was very much happy with my appointment today. My appt started on time as scheduled. The ladies in service were extremely nice and very helpful to answer all of my concerns. This has been a much needed change that will keep me coming back.

I called with a need for an oil change prior to a trip this week. They had a spot available today. They said it would be an hour so I waited. It took almost exactly an hour and out I went. Great job.

I made an appt at 7:30 and didn’t get my car til 10. The man that helped me was awesome but I don’t understand why 7+ people can make an appt for the same time. If I’d known that I would have had someone scheduled to pick me up and bring me back to get my vehicle.

Cory was an amazing guy to work with! I came in looking for a trade in and cheaper payments and he fought for me to get in the range that I was looking to pay. Very energetic and friendly person to speak and made the whole process a lot easier.

My vehicle was evaluated today and diagnosed with a dead battery. The service department put a new battery in the truck and the vehicle was ready within an hour. The reason for the three stars wasn't because of the service department but the vehicle was purchased two and a half years ago and the battery didn't last three years.

The service department was great  I took my 6.7 diesel in for oil change and fuel filters.  They checked the the engine codes and jumped right into diagnose the problem. They have a great service department they called me and kept me updated with what was going go with my truck.  I was impressed with their service after all of the bad reviews I have read.

Everyone was really pleasant and Scott was awesome getting me started for the truck. The facility was clean and the atmosphere welcoming.

Set up an appointment the day before. Confirmed the appointment the day of drove 2.5 hours waited around another 2.5 hours filled out the paper work and everything just to be told the car I been waiting on was sold horrible customer service completely a waste of time

All I can say is don’t give them your keys. You won’t get them back when you ask for them. I was told I’d get my keys back if I did a credit application first. All they care about is the quantity of vehicles they can buy and sell as fast as possible.

We were in the market for a brand new Mustang and walked in and met with TJ. We fell in love with the car, and decided on getting a convertible immediately. Unfortunately they didn't have one in stock so they ordered one from Florida. After some initial issues, which were fixed immediately by Cam, we picked up our car yesterday, and my wife and I could NOT be happier! We appreciate the service we received so much so that we'll be looking at the new Bronco when it comes out later this year only at Stokes! Took over 4 hours to make a purchase. When I got my new vehicle it was not detailed, washed, or vacuumed out...windshield so dirty on the inside hard to see out of. After taking so long the car should of been in my opinion show room ready....other than that my experience was satisfactory

Yeah I may not have bought a brand new vehicle but I did spend over $10,000 on a decent used vehicle and within 2 hours of driving it off the lot I had a stabilitrak issue popping up on my dash, I immediately called the salesman I had been dealing with and was promised the issue would be corrected considering I only owned the vehicle a few hours at the time of the conversation I wouldn't have expected any less. But as of 12 - 23-21 almost 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle I have yet to have that promise to filled. Hopefully I can put a better review stating they corrected the issue in the near future. We shall see.

It's a horrifying situation when you thought you got the vehicle under your belt in your possession as the owner then just like that the dealer may have tried to pull a fast one by changing the financing after you had a deal. You sign the paperwork and drive it home with the dealer's blessings only to discover a few days later nothing has been accomplished. Here I was since Monday day after day, hour by hour, trying to juggle the mom life on top of running back & forth to this dealership waiting patiently but being irritated. Only to find out I never got the sale. After driving around show boating as if the vehicle belonged to me. My heart was broken after having a different Salesman switch the lease term up on me who also included the manager Timothy who tried to convince me to put up 2 vehicle trade-ins, $1000 down payment plus another $1100 down payment. I told him he was trying to play mind games on me he stated he wasn't playing mind games on me but was the one who cancelled the entire lease term returned my trade-in. I requested my down payment back and walked away with what I first came in office with. It's sad because I really did love the vehicle but one thing I do know it's not worth worrying or stressing over because this Lady will always bounce back but is not going to settle for something that I know cost alot less.

Gary Settles was a perfect salesman for me. I felt absolutely zero pressure, was even encouraged to continue my test drive quest so that I would be sure I was getting the right car for me. I wasn’t pressured to give any info about anything other than what I was looking for in the car itself, never felt harassed into wasting time and keeping me from checking out all my options. Just a month ago I purchased a 2014 Toyota 4Runner from Stokes Hodges. Total price was about $26k. For that price, you really would think you'd get a decent vehicle and good service. But no. It has been one thing, after another. I currently have it in service at Miracle Toyota getting the torque converter replaced. Also the rotors are so badly warped it feels dangerous when I press the brakes. And you know what? I can't get ahold of anyone at Stokes for help. They really sold me a vehicle for $26 Grand with transmission problems, and I can't even get anyone on the phone. If someone sees this review and wants to help change my mind, please do.

Service department got the part I needed by the the following morning and had me set up for a 9am appointment. I was completed and out of there within one hour and right at the quoted price. About the best you can hope for with auto service these days. Some other folks I called for help never even returned the call!

I have had an excellent experience with them. Very easy to work with, Josh in sales went well out of his way to assist me as I had a few complications on my side of things when buying a new truck. And Paul in the service department has been a tremendous help in getting my older truck squared away.

Katelin was my sales rep- she was very helpful with the sale and dealing with an issue after the sale- I purchased my truck on Monday and had an issue with it when I left the dealer. I was able to drive right back for them to look at the problem. They found the issue and was able to correct it when the part arrived. Katelin kept me posted on the repair status. She went above and beyond what is expected of a sales rep. The deal negotiation was also very smooth and they were able to get me close to what I expected for my trade in.

We just bought a Ford F-150 from Quinton at Stokes Hodge Ford and we are sooo happy we made the hour-drive down here to see him! This place is the definition of dodgy used car salesmen. Traded in my car and agreed on a price out the door for my new (used) car. I explained multiple times to them this exact number is what I can afford to finance. They agreed, I explained to them that I only had a CA electronic title for my trade in, they told me not a problem. I get to the end of signing all the papers then they tell me I need a paper title. Ok, as soon as it comes in the mail I’ll drop it off, not a problem. I did so, then a week later they tell me I need to transfer the title into GA and my name solely (something about it used to be a lease) even though it was 100% paid off. Ok, I went to DMV to find out this will cost $1300 which I don’t have. They will not register the car I bought until I pay and do as I am told. If this gets sorted out quickly and without them breaking their word, then maybe my opinion of the place will change. Right now though, this is shady business dealings that looks like I will need to lawyer up for. Despicable.

Tony was great, he put up with me texting and driving him crazy every day for 3 weeks and was always just as nice as he could be and very very helpful in getting me in my 2021 Ford F-150 lariat awesome guy!!!!!

Transaction was ok. Truck was suppose to be cleaned and gassed up. When I came to pick up the truck, it hadn’t been cleaned and only had a half tank of gas. It’s a little thing but I was pretty disappointed driving off to see the tank not full.

Today, I was not able to set the gauges so I called and got help from Scotty, head of service dept, who patiently walked me through the many settings and directions that ARE NOT IN THE MANUAL! My rating for HQ FORD would be another issue. But I LOVE THE F-150!! You can trust SHF for great sales and service. What a blessing.

Drove a long way to Stokes Hodges Ford to find the F350 I’d been looking for and glad we did. Salesman (Wayne) was helpful, professional, and respectful. 3/19/2021 Got a new 2021 Ford Edge. Overall a good experience. Nice dealership. July 2021 Update.....Service Dept. has serious issues. Do not know what their solution is. Getting in is like 3 weeks out. Every excuse in the book to not service. Went to another dealership and got in in within 3 days with appointment. 4/7/2022 Stokes Hodges is adding $2272 to every vehicle. It is a market adjustment due to low inventory. So if you want a vehicle it will be MSRP + $2272 + whatever else they can do to you. I am just about through with this dealership. Dealerships I thought wanted your business for life.

TJ and his whole team at Stokes Hodges Ford has made this the easiest car buying experience I have ever encountered. I found my dream truck online and 700 miles away from where I live and they made the experience better than anyone local would of handled us. I look forward to taking delivery on the vehicle.

Worst service center experience. Towed my disabled Ford Fusion Hybrid in for diagnostic and repairs on July 19. Was then informed the car quit working due to a bad ECT sensor. They performed this work and other recall work existing on the vehicle. Showed to pick up my vehicle after being told the car was ready finally on August 3rd only for them to tell me the car won’t move. Turns out the transmission is bad on the vehicle, which they failed to diagnose until which time a whining noise that was heard on acceleration was mentioned to them as an afterthought. After declining a new transmission they proceeded to fix the sensor and perform warranty work even though this did not make the vehicle run and still charged almost $600 for the “repair”, which would never have been approved if they had diagnosed the vehicle issues correctly. Company denied refund for work performed even though the work was not needed. I should have only been charged the diagnostic fee and no work would have been approved if properly diagnosed. Then they asked if they could assist getting us in a new car. If this is their business model I will definitely NOT be purchasing my new vehicle from them. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I can prove this happened. Invoice #123735 customer #21028. Think about the service you will receive before buying your next vehicle here. Customer satisfaction is clearly not high on their list.

Pretty good experience Ordered a Bronco in November and it came in and we took possession of it today. Stevie the salesman was nice. Stayed with us the whole time. Service advisor was great. I didn’t catch his name but he got me in and out in about an hour. The only other thing I feel can improve at your dealership is giving guests an accurate due time on when there vehicle will be ready.

The service department and my 2022 F250 great. The sales person was great. Now, the finance department, you have to watch and pay attention because if you come back in to finish the Paperwork. You might end up worn a totally different deal than you previously, so, buyer beware

Great service. They were able to repair my vehicle (clutch issue) within about four days. However, people should know that they only accept appointments if your entered into their computer. My first time there I called two weeks in advance to schedule a service appointment but when I got there, they didn’t have my info entered into their system so I had to reschedule on their next opening which was two weeks later. Nothing too serious, but it is something future customers should be aware of.

Had some minor issues with my truck. Noah and the service team had advised that my truck was thankfully still under warranty. Not only did Noah help resolve the issues, but also gave me daily reminders of the progress that had been made. Noah also gave accurate time frames to when they would be finishing up. Also a huge thanks to the GM Josh Boykin for going above and beyond and accommodating my needs while waiting for the truck. All of my truck services will now be handled at stokes Hodges Ford.

I was disappointed at the stunts pulled by the sales department during my recent auto purchase. Though I was pretty satisfied when done it took a lot of effort on my part to ensure I got the deal we agreed upon. If you are a first time buyer or t you are not diligent in your approach to car buying I would be very wary here. Go over every number and make sure you agree with each one. This dealership plays a lot of games.

February 7. 2022; scheduled appointment 3 workdays previous for 10:00 AM. Arrived. 9:40 AM. Service was for. "Engine Light on"....along about 11:50 was informed that diagnostic indicated that "mis-fire" on cylinders 3 & 8, and if so desired work could be completed in another 3-4 hrs. I informed service writer I would reschedule at a later date, as I already spent 2 hrs. there just for a diagnostic!

They were able to help me with my brake problem in a timely manner and I am now driving with more confidence. The part I needed had an extended warranty and this helped tremendously. Thank you to Noah for taking my calls and keeping me updated on my car!

Had four tires replaced after oil change and 50k inspection. Picked up car after hours and did not inspect till after I got home. Very disappointed. Some type of white paste left on wheels and missing a valve stem cap. I ordered the job some time before 11am, it wasn't a rush job so they could have cleaned up there mess but a valve stem left off !!! But not installing or replacing a .25 cent cap after I just spent close $1000, tells me a lot. I put a lot of miles on that car and this is the third or fourth time I have had my car serviced here. But because of the lack of attention for a valve stem cap and leaving the paste on the wheel makes me question the entire service dept. I will do it myself or take it to someone who can put a valve stem cap from now on.

My son went there to ask them to give him a call when they had a truck come in that was what he was looking for, not intending to buy that day. The salespeople were intent on selling him something and I had to go in to help him get out of there. He felt like he and his car, which they were evaluating for trade-in value, were being held hostage. We won't be going back.

Do not trust this con artist of a dealer. They take their broken down junk vehicles, jerry rig them so they run alright for a few hours, then give them to Auto Auctions to sell them without the buyers being able to test drive or get them checked out by a mechanic. I bought a 2006 Ford F-150 yesterday with a few bad dents, a cracked windshield, torn up interior, and peeling paint. They wanted $3800 for it. I bought it bc everything worked and it ran perfectly. Engine hummed like new. I drive it 20 minutes before it started knocking. Badly. This morning when I went to start it up to get it to the mechanic it was knocking and rattling so bad im pretty sure it’s going to blow before I even get it a mile down the road. When they were contacted about it they outright refused to make it right in any way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!

Quentin was our sales guy and made our experience very enjoyable. Update*- The vehicle I bought has spent more time in the shop than it has on the road. I was offered a power train warranty, which I accepted and paid for in full, only to be told it's not covering any repairs to the power train. The motor has slung a rod and it's not covering that either, yet the warranty company still has all of my money they gladly took for a warranty they offered. I can't blame the dealership for the warranty issues, but I do blame them for selling a lemon Dodge 2500 for $43k. They did take care of the transfer case when it exploded 3 days after I bought it, but now they want $18k for a new motor or $9k for a used motor.

Stokes Hodges made my flat tire an easy experience!!! I have larger tires and a lifted Jeep so I couldn’t changed the tire myself. I had it towed to Stokes with all the information and keys put in the drop box on a Sunday. They called with questions, ordered the tire and had it mounted balanced and even came and picked me up from work to take me to my Jeep with no hassle and made my nightmare a dream!! No hassle, no fuss! I had insurance on my tire and they even took care of that with NO Issues and minimum contact with me! That’s what I call customer service!

I went in to purchase a vehicle after my last car got totaled in a car wreck. T.J. Sylvester was the first and only sales person to approach my husband and myself to help us find that perfect vehicle for our family. One of the finance managers Corey also helped out and made sure we knew what all numbers were for. We did take a day to think about it and came back in to get the vehicle and worked with T.J. again and finalized all paperwork with James Waters in finance.

This is my opinion of how my experience was. I had 3 issues. 1. Yellow check engine light, 2. Skipping when I accelerate. 3. The radio was not working and the battery was being drained overnight. I called to make an appointment for service. I was told that it would be 3 weeks. I made the appointment. Went in on a Friday @8am. Called the following tuesday and was told it would be looked at that day. I asked what was the purpose of an appointment. I waited another 2 days and called again. Was told the tech was was looking at it now. The next day was told it needed a new oxygen sensor and a radio modulator. The sensor would repair the skipping. Was ready after a few days. Radio was working. Check engine light was off. Drove maybe a quarter of a mile and the skipping was still there. Drove back and ask if anyone test drove my auto. He said yes they did. He went back to tech who said he had not done a test drive. Left it again. Got a call saying that nothing was showing up on their diagnostic device. They then said they could do a complete tune up and there was an 80% it would work for $450. I said if it didn't work did I still have to pay for it. He said yes Then the tech said it was really not that bad of a skip. I have been a Ford driver my entire life. This experience, for me, was so bad I just bought a new Chevy.

Repair prices are 3x to 5x if you go anywhere else. They love to take advantage of Veterans and will do anything to make a dollar. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND SELL YOU GARBAGE. TRUCK IS WORTH MORE TORCHED THAN FIXED AND SOLD.

Aug 2021 I was greeted at service by Eric Whipple who remembered the details of my service, from a phone call several days before. This was my first visit to SHF. I was having my 31' RV with a F450 engine. I was able to wait a reasonable time for my service. I applauded the professionalism shown to me this visit. Thank you, we'll be back.
