SRP Federal Credit Union University Pkwy, Aiken

They sent my debit card to the wrong address, twice! Even after having confirmed the change twice. I love credit unions but sometimes like this one, they fail in the most basic ish! 🙄 This is way too much aggravation for a CU with 5 branches!!!

This credit union is absolutely terrible. Go 2 hours away from your house, your credit cards will get locked for "fraudulent use" and you have to sit on hold until you can speak with a person physically working at a branch. If you want to use a credit union for a loan, i seriously suggest using a national bank or somewhere with even the littlest but of notoriety. 2 months after starting an account at SRP, I quickly balance transferred all my credit card debt and transferred funds to another credit union because of how terrible their service is. If a company accidentally charges you and refunds the payment SRP employees won't be able to find the refund and credit your account unless you call and stay on hold for hours and then ask to speak to a supervisor. This is literally the worst bank you could ever be a member of, they should be paying you for having to deal with their terrible customer service and overall service as a bank.

Paid of my loan last week and this place still took a payment out , they have been nothing but trouble since we took a loan through them. They are dishonest , unprofessional , rude and are extremely deceptive . Don't go here for anything you will regret it later if you do.

Worst bank ever! Always accused of fraudulent activity. Cards always get locked. Always double or triple charged for transactions, they are also not LGBT friendly, and do not allow mobile phone access for subusers/spouses on joint accounts especially when a spouse would prefer to make a mobile deposit instead of having to drive 20+ minutes to the nearest branch. Rude people and will keep you on hold. Very uneducated. Always something with this bank. Save your money and time and please go elsewhere.

I have been hung up on!!!!!!!!!!!! On hold for 30minutes and counting!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this bank to know one. I'll be glad when they go out of business! Oh yeah, and I am still on hold 35 minutes and counting!!!!!!!!
