We had a lot of hills to cross but Theresa did everything she could to make the process as smooth as it could be. We had to deal with being self employed as well as going through the Covid-19 issues which made this a little more difficult than your typical person and or typical time. Don't use this company, unless you want the home you're purchasing through private treaty to be bought out from underneath you by the loan officer and her family. Home wasn't even on the market.
