Stockman Bank 10th Ave S, Great Falls

They were my first bank and the whole time I had them they were accommodating to what I needed! I left a review here in bittersweet taste though, due to my final interaction with them and what I discovered a few weeks later: I rightfully got my account closed from not having money deposited into the account months ago but when I had a charge back come into that closed account, I was told that they tried to contact me and said my mailbox wasn't set up or full. Checking my voice-mail, I got a voice-mail a few days before I wrote this review, which tells me it was always set up and never full to when they said it was. Again, they were good to me and did what I needed, but the blatant lie of trying to contact me left me feeling weird with them. If you don't mess with your finances, or are just starting out, they aren't a terrible choice. Any more than that, especially with what I am reading from other reviews, I'd dodge. Thank you.

They just wont do what I ask them to. I will be opening an account at a different bank so that I can get my accounts taken care of when I need to.

They will steal your money at any given opportunity. Their favorite scam is to post all your debits first (even if there were credits amidst the debits) so when you're suddenly negative, they'll tack on their little $30 fee, and THEN post all your credits. They don't post transactions in chronological order. For example: An account has $100 in it. You are going to make a purchase for $150, so you deposit another $100 to cover the difference, then make your purchase. On the next business day, they'll post the debit first, leaving the account negative $50, add on their $30 overdraft fee, and then process the credit, leaving you with $20. It's a pretty sly scam. Leaving them as soon as possible. On top of that, their app showing your balance is never correct, updates your balance once every couple of days, and is always down. STAY AWAY.

The people at this bank do not do what you ask. I was moving out of state, notified the bank not to send stuff to the address on file. They did anyway then charged me for the return mail. They said they had tried calling and left voicemail, but I never had even one message or missed calls from them. I actually just went to my phone bill and checked and nothing from Montana. They charged my account for returned mail and will not make it right. This bank will rip you off if given a chance. Beware.

Rude people here, don't do banking here go to the local friendly one parire mountain bank. stockman just has horrible vibes and rude people.
