Capital Pawn Jewelry & Loan 9th St, Great Falls

This was my first time selling anything to a pawn shop! And I was very pleased with my visit! The two men I talked to were helpful, friendly and a lot of fun to talk too! They were also very understanding. I will most definitely be back! ❤️

I am always taking my boys into Capital to buy their video games and movies. The staff....Clint, Louie, Ollie, and James are always so friendly and helpful. I personally had to use their services when I was in a pinch....Clint came into the store from home to help me out personally. I will only shop at Capital. Thank you all for the great service!! Will recommend this shop over any other pawn shop in Great Falls 100%!!

Very rude and unprofessional conduct. Employees verbally threatened my husband which he is handicapped and the employees knew he was handicapped. They broke his equipment and wouldn't compensate him, he was threatened and told to leave the store. They SUCK!! I wouldn't do business with them ever!!

Excellent experience! Very knowledgeable people! I had a small issue with an item I purchased and they were 100% willing to make it right. They've earned my loyal business!

The two men working tonight 11/27 right as you were about to close were quick, throurough, to the point,, and had amazing customer service. I appreciate the fair price for my items and thanks for helping me out last minute.

hubby and I always get a good deal so just ask them and the gentleman will work with you. Great selection, great vibes, very nice staff, amazing deals when sales are going on they're great sales and just the best pawn shop in town. These guys are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They honestly want you to have the best buying experience. And the prices are super reasonable.

Great game selection with a 4 of $20 deal on Xbox 360 games. I was blown away from overal game condition even with ps2 games. The DVDs on the other hand are a joke. They are scratched, dirty and crammed tightly together. One guy even admitted that they don't check DVDs when they buy them so its 50\50 chance they even work. Scary...

Bought rims here said it would fit Ford or Dodge got tires out on it and come to find out they aint they are Chevys an they juat gave us money for the rimsbwe paid but would NOT GIVE US MONEY FOR THE TIRES... Need to be shut down for scamming people like that! 300$ they got just for free an probably get more for them WOW
