Overall I had a pleasant, informative and no-pressure experience with the Steve Fay StateFarm Agency in Brooklyn strictly via phone and email. I spoke with office associate, Ms. Jackie Situ to help me search for a more affordable and adequate coverage for my home since my current insurer had raised the premiums quite high. I forwarded my current coverage amounts to her and she provided me with a much more economical premium than the one I had with equivalent coverage. I highly recommend State Farm Insurance, especially Steve Fay branch and agent, Jackie Situ. I moved to NJ, and needed to add couple NJ specific sections for auto insurance. Well Thank God STEVE was nice enough to fight along side of me until we proved that the accident was 100 percent NOT MY FAULT to the claims Dept. How many other people would do that ??? This State Farm has better service than the other one I walked in near by my house. Sora helped my mother with her house insurance and I got to insure my car there too. My car insurance was cheap since I have been driving for a long time with no record. Sora offered something even better. Nice office and great service.

Overall experience with Jackie was fantastic. Originally was just insured with Auto but Jackie followed up as I had previously asked for a home insurance quote but never changed.
