Chase Bank 18th Ave, Brooklyn

Very not professional, I was waiting for an hour in the bank and when my turn finally came they just told me they couldn’t attend me presently cos they have an appointment, which I believe they could have told me half an hour ago. I Just wasted my time for no reason. The bank should have better service with the customer cos others have work too, noone is coming to waste there time. It’s my first time in the bank and should a bad experience now I am thinking are all the other branches the same or it’s only this branch.

Chase bank staff are the most lazy employee, i can't believed that the line for customer service it was mad long because all the employee where on their phones and laughting... unbelievedable...worst experience ever of going to bank, i had never got that experience with TD Bank, and Bank of America.

The best bank in New York. Sophisticated ATM machines, checks clear quick, can deposit checks from phone. Great service. A lot of locations all around the state. The perfect bank to rely on for business and for personal banking.

Professionally run bank. Great Customer Service managers. Friendly bank tellers.

Very disappointed with the customer service. New employees rushing customers to leave and don’t let you see a manager or a banker that have experience doing their job.

Recent experience with Chase at the branch on 18 avenue and 65th street was less than professional. RUDE . Seems that the staff may need to be trained to deal with all and not only Chinese clients. Yes! I said it, you make people feel inadequate unless they are CHINESE. I am a client for many years and I have noticed a tremendous decline in professionality.

Worst service ever, i went to open a new account and i had to wait 20mins, and i still had to wait, so i left.. changed my mind, i will open with a different bank

Just full of really rude bankers here who refuse to help you with even the littlest of effort, especially the branch manager and Mr. B. Huang (who are perhaps arguably the rudest people on earth in my opinion). If Chase ever loses your money or you have questions about your account that they set up for you, don't count on the people here to listen with an open mind and leveled attitude because they will take their life's frustration out on you. Toxic work environments create toxic people and these are the people who work at this bank...except for the security lady because she is exceptionally nice and has a great attitude. Go elsewhere if you've been having a great day and want to keep it that way.

Had a wonderful experience with Vladislav Bobkov yesterday. He was pleasant to talk to as well as efficient. We were out of the bank within 20 mins. And the other day when I went to get money from the fancy ATM machines inside the bank the security guard was SO NICE! she makes it a pleasure to go there. GREAT BRANCH! would definitely recommend to anyone.

They just take there friends or the people the know I wait 1 hour to see someone for my business account it’s not nice!!!!!
