Really could work on customer service. Every time I come in none of the tellers smile and do NOT have a upbeat tone. First impressions matter whether you've been a customer for a while or are new. Customer service and hospitality as I have been trained is you greet people with a warm welcoming upbeat friendly attitude. It matters, its not just a job but being a good person.

Everything took forever. Even closing the account. It was a waste of time opening an account with them.
