Norma was very helpful and patient while assisting me with my transaction. We kept running into issues with my bank and she took the time to ensure that we figured out the issue. She was courteous and professional and I will definitely be doing business with her again.

I went in today absolutely hopeless. I was getting turned away from everywhere else and the lovely lady behind the counter was my saving grace. She was so patient and helped me out so fast. She helped me out with a loan and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will absolutely be recommending them.

Was in on Saturday 7/2 for money order, cashier was very busy but very pleasant! Will definitely be back!

I thought that my partner & I had written this review previously, but apparently we forgot to publish it like potatoes. Anyway, just wanted to say that the customer service here was extremely fantastic, helpful, and informative, especially from Chris. It was just what we needed too, after enduring a very long & hard grueling day. My partner & I will definitely be using this place again.

Staff is always friendly and patient, even when they are busy. Services offered fit my needs well. I do wish that I had the option to pay off over a longer period of time so my payments are a bit less.

Worst place ever to get a payday loan. My first two payments on my payday loan was early then the third one I am going to pay the balance because they call you every day and literally every day and I have answered their calls and have communicated what is going on and when I will be in and I'm always in when I say they still call like my reply on when I will be there is going to change from when I talked to them Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday etc. I recommend going anywhere but here. It was a mistake going here and I will take my business elsewhere. The don't communicate with each other. They say " We will put in our notes," then when they call AGAIN they say "We don't have that in our notes. I clearly stated when I would be in to pay and had the nerve to say" You said you would be here yesterday. No I sure didn't. I don't have a memory problem and I pay my bills. NEVER EVER AGAIN. AN ANNOYED CUSTOMER

I have been there several times to cash my check , make money orders and even had a loan. The two ladies working ( Norma and Chris) have ALWAYS been very helpful and have great customer service skills.
