I had a very easy time getting through to a person. They received our clients their party authorization right away and had the banks attorney call me personally to work on a settlement. I’d imagine like most banks they can only help as much as you can be helped. If you’re realistic in your approach they seem to be here to help.

If i could give them 0 stars i would, but i guess 1 will have to do. Ricardo #4004 Customer "Service" was very unprofessional, rude and not willing to assist in helping a homeowner facing foreclosure on her home. He was lazy, ignorant, lacked empathy and showed no initiative to assist. Plenty of unemployed people out there - they need to hire those willing to help.

Worst company ever! No customer service skills. They do not apply the payments on time nor process them correctly. Then try to charge you late fees and processing fees. No online access, in over a year, to my account and can't get customer service on the phone after 45 minute hold times. Update: 10 months later and still not fixed! Negative impact on my credit has not been corrected. Now they sold my mortgage to a new company and never corrected the issues. Worst company ever!

9.13.21 edit Had to borrow money from my 401k as they would not work with me. Now I have an refund of over $500 owed to me. Let's see how long this takes to get back. 2 emails and a phone call regarding my refund. Received a foreclosure letter even though I have been making biweekly payments. I have tried calling, emailing, and leaving messages and I am unable to reach anyone. Even called their attorney office and no one answers the phone there either. Worst company ever. 8/4/21 So finally got some resolve after a month and no help from Statebridge. There is nothing they can do for me. So I guess they just want to take me house over $3000. Not happening. I'll figure out a way to pay you. Worst company ever. I give you negative 5 stars. Do not recommend.

Worst financial institute. Unprofessional and unresponsive. Jon apparently is too busy to do his job. Hopefully this place gets shut down because they offer absolutely no help in anything.

This company is terrible. It takes them 2-3 weeks to cash the checks I send so I keep getting “late payment charges” even though they are mailed on time. Apparently, they never cashed my February check and I didn’t realize it. I am 100% sure it was mailed at the same time as my other mortgage so I don’t know if they lost it or what happened but I found out because I got an alert that my credit score dropped due to a missed payment. After reading reviews, looks like others have had the same issue. State bridge has been calling me over the last month, guessing it was because they want to get paid, but when they call, it is just a recording to call them. I have tried several times to call them and it is an automated system that can’t find my account from my loan number or SSN so I say I don’t know my account information and every time there is a 45 minute to 2 hour wait time. I work full time and have a 1 year old at home. I don’t have time to wait to talk to someone and if I request a call back, no one ever calls. So frustrated with this company and can not wait to have our loan paid off.

One star is more than I’d like to give this company. My credit union recently closed and my loan was picked up by this company. They lost my first payment and all I keep hearing was that the issue was escalated to management. Fast forward three weeks and three phones calls later and no return call. I had to stop payment on the check. I called today to pay the loan off and be done with this company, they will not give me my payoff amount. I will have to wait an additional week to get my payoff via email. The payment sent last week was sitting in unapplied status. Had I not called today, it would be sitting there for who knows how long? I have to go to the bank to send certified check for payoff which I’m sure will get lost as well. Cannot pay online or over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I’ve been trying to refinance my first position loan for over year now. This company has either refused to subordinate or given the lending company no response when contacted. Either way, they’ve cost me a lot of money in interest. Their website is awful. I usually get an error when I try to use it. I’ve been trying to pull up my statements for over a week with no luck. The customer service people are nice but not very helpful. I honestly wish I had never done business with this company.

Found out this company on my credit report saying I have a mortgage without any paperwork or anything from more than 14 years ago ...I never had a mortgage with statebridge company ..I have rented for past 10 years..definitely scamming or frustrating false owed debt from the past ..negative credit reporting impacted by false credit reports each month showing...late payments ..thanks to scoresense monthly reporting I would never knew they were damaging my report form these thiefs...will update once removed from my credit report

I wish I could give negative stars. I will give one because the customer representative was very pleasant. Now the rest of my monthly interaction is AWFUL! Can not pay online , cannot find my account in the system. 5 years without a late payment and here comes Statebridge and I have not had 1 on time payment since. On a positive note I have not been charged a late fee , so glad because I would lose my mind. Every month I am promised the system will be fixed. And they think I'm going to allow automatic payments LOL. I wish I didn't have to work with them!

If you are having issue with the make a payment page in their site, use Edge or Internet explorer browser that will solve the issue . Do not forgot to save the confirmation info page as pdf after your payment as proof in case their system did not record the transition.

Have called every day for a solid week now. Left messages. Finally got in touch with someone and she was helpful. She gave me her email address so I can email her when I could make the payment. Well now that I can make the payment she's not sure if its enough and had to talk to my point of contact. Now she won't call me. Talked to someone else yesterday who assured me my point of contact would call me back in 5 minutes. Yeah still waiting. Have tried twice to call today. One time got hung yp.on after an hour. Now 23 minutes in. We shall see

This place is the most horrible place.on the phone.for hours just to hear a beep and no signal. Also I had made a temp to pay the first offer after them not getting my payment went to someone else they said they couldn't honor it. Then put me on 5% 1500.00 down with a payment of 492.00 which they keep running on the 1st and making me over draft my account adding fees. I have call and.sent emails to run on other days. They said they would but still do the same thing. Today I called 3 times and no answer then the person I spoke to for 5 months is not my person's anymore go figure huh. Well how do I get out of THIS? THEY DO not REPORT ANYPAYMENT to credit place. Also I bought my house for 73,000 and now they said by the time it matures I will pay 101,000 made payments for 19 years how is this possible?

Awful! I have to call them twice just to get them to process a payment. They have me being 90 days late and have caused my credit to drop 73 pts and I've never been late on a payment. They hang up on you and when you ask for a payoff, they won't give it to you. I don't even know what to do at this point. I honestly don't know how they're in business.

This company bought out my credit union so unfortunately I got stuck with them for my auto loan. They don't normally do auto loans and it is evident. Their loan website is impossible to use. Bad customer service, bad service in general.

Have tried several times to pay online and wouldn’t go through. Just get an error message. Try to call and contact someone and waited over 30 minutes without getting and answer, just to get disconnected. Now there is a delinquent mark on my credit …. FUNNY, I never had this problem with ANY of my other mortgage companies. We have always paid on time and ALWAYS gotten at least a response from other mortgage companies if we had an issue paying online!!! UPDATE: Spoke with someone and still didn’t get the help that I needed! Couldn’t let me make a payment over the phone and sent me instructions to troubleshoot “my issue” not being able to make the payment online. However the instructions still did not work and I told him that. Was then told to “settle down” and try again later. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Their website only works half the time if that. I always pay online and I haven't been able to make my payment because it gives me an error message when I try to log on. I finally got on yesterday but after I submitted my payment I got the error message again so I don't even know if my payment went through but because of their website I also have a late fee on my account. They never answer their phones and never call you back. I have left numerous voicemails and don't get a return call. When I called again yesterday trying to see if my payment went through and to hopefully get rid of the late fee the recording said my wait time was less than one minute. Sat on hold for 45 minutes and still never talked to anyone. This is the absolute worst mortgage company to work with. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Hopefully since they are my 3rd mortgage company, loan keeps being sold, that another company will buy it from them and fast. I can't imagine any company being worse than this one.

Just wanted to add my review to the pile. We have been with this company for two years and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Some months we get a statement (always late), others we don't. They've lost our payments or failed to show our payments being processed. After they destroyed our credit because of a "missing" payment, we filed a claim with the BBB hoping things would get better. They have not. It was partially resolved but their customer service continues to be horrid. They never answer their phones and when they call you its a machine that tells you to call them. Most of all, I still can't understand how any company today can expect you only to pay by mail if you want to avoid a fee. There's a fee for paying online, there's a fee for paying over the phone. But if you pay by mail, there's a good chance your payment will disappear. What a scam. Wish there was some way -- any way -- we could be done with them.

However, we have thought about your comment on web pays and we agree with you. This company doesn't post payments to accounts upon receiving them. They delay this process in order to make clients incur fees, continuously. I've been requesting a corrected statement after supplying proof of payment and of them cashing it! They just ignore me. I've had to file a complaint with the BBB. Come to find out, they have a lot of complaints just like this already. For doing the exact same thing to numerous other people.

10/4/2021 Edit I’m enrolled in the automatic payment program and my October payment has yet to post. It’s supposed to come out on the 1st of each month. I don’t know how a company with such bad service can continue to exist. The State of Colorado needs to investigate the practices of this company and determine whether or not it needs to be dissolved. If this issue isn’t resolved quickly, I’ll be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and I would suggest everyone dealing with this company do the same. ———— My mortgage was recently sold to this company and have made multiple attempts to contact them to determine when I’m going to receive documentation and instructions for paying. Based on the other reviews here, I don’t know whether this company is being run out of someone’s garage or they are just incompetent. Still waiting for ANY communication from this company.

This company is trash! My account was transferred to them in March, I still haven't gotten required paperwork nor do I have access to pay online. Phone calls are forever hold and only once did I reach a person able to help me. In reality all a company needs of a decent IT department for most clients as paying online is the most common method.

So my experience is a bit different then most. I actually have spoken to several persons including Noel ? And Janae Churchill. Here's my issues, I've explained to both these young ladies that my home went into foreclosure, filed chapter 7, was discharged...... here's the kicker.....this was 11 YEARS AGO.... somehow they can see the discharge, yet I get a statement in the mail, no delinquent issues, no severely past due, just hey hey your monthly payment is due... last payment October, 2010... next payment December, 2021....WHAT THE ACTUAL..... you know. Im frustrated because going through the proper channels, being professional, making the attempts that im legally not obligated to do and yet here I am.... ranting on a Google review forum hoping this will shed light. Then as crazy as this next part sounds, I swear on my grandfather's grave, a random person came to my home. Taped a half piece of torn paper to my door, ripped in half, Sharpied out their info, wrote in pen "call statebridge". Never knocked, very suspect. Told Janae Churchill about it. She confirmed nothing in system to warrant that, yet again here I am. Not sure if this tangent will help, but please please team statebridge, this isn't looking well. All of us go through some of life's worst setbacks to have our greatest comeback. Doing the professional things required to survive life, hire lawyers, accept defeat. pick ourselves up. And after all that, 11 years later, after these chapter 7's have been professionally closed through government courts, judges, and creditors...discharged, debts released. Here we are trying to figure out yet another slip through the crack. Tried emailing, no good, tried phone, no good. Can we put this to rest now once and for all. Thanks truly very concerned and confused person ....

My 3 loans were sent to statebridge because my credit union dissolved. I, unfortunately, didn't have a choice as to where my loans went. When I go on website from my phone, it tells me it thinks I'm a robot and to type what's in the picture. (No picture). I try a different option to get to payment screen and it says "no server found". I call and there is a specific prompt, 9, to get a hold of Malaya. It specifies if you came from bank INFCU, press 9. I've called several times and she never answers. Spoke to another rep and she says her access to these accounts are limited and Malaya is the only person with full access. Why is ONE person the only one dealing with the loans coming from a whole credit union that dissolved? The rep said she got a hold of Malaya, but her computer was down and couldn't access what I was asking about. Said she would call back that evening. I did receive a call from her after the weekend. Told her I couldn't pay from my phone. She said I needed to clear cache and accept cookies. Did so when I got home and still no luck. Called again and put myself on the wait list to get a call back. Told this rep my situation. He said "what kind of phone do you have?? OH, you'll have problems trying to pay with an android." So, not everyone has an iPhone or a home computer/laptop, so how do I pay? Oh! I can mail a check! Who the hell mails checks these days? To top it off, I get to pay my 3 loan payments over the phone today FOR FREE! But, there will be a $15 charge the next time.... Conclusion. I didn't choose this bank. I can't pay online from my phone. Nobody answers their phone. Gotta wait 15-40 minutes for a call back. You'd think whoever manages this company would take some initiative on customer reviews and maybe try to fix some of the issues, since that's the vast majority of the reviews. The same issues over and over again. Not real happy. Hopefully my new credit union will give me the same or comparable rates so I don't have to deal w these people for the next few years.
