Honestly, all the SECU branches have top notch service. I moved out of state and have not yet changed banks (and honestly may not rush to any time soon) and chose this one to call for services because it’s the closest to my parents’ house. We were getting ready to close on our first house and I wanted to confirm that they could do the wiring process without us being there in person. They confirmed, explained how it worked, and even suggested what measures they would take to ensure no delays. On closing day I called first thing in the morning and got great help from the woman who answered and the man who actually did the wire transfer. I’m sorry, I wish I had recorded their names, but they were so courteous and professional. Our closing attorney got the money in time (before 11am) and all went smoothly. Thanks NCSECU!

Like how this location usually has decent teller numbers unlike other larger national banks. Most SECUs have a large section of the bank that offer services for customers and this location is more of the same. Hours here are better for workdays when compared to large banks. No Saturdays however.

I just left this office and I had the worst experience with NOE he was not professional and I felt he was not knowledgeable on anything he was talking about. He invited another loan officer in his office with him and she sat there and never spoke or introduced herself! When I addressed these issues no apology or putting me at ease was done! I will NEVER return to this specific location or advise anyone else to go here! Awful experience!

I use to love this branch. But as of today I will not be back😯. The bank teller wanted to act funny and wouldn't cash my father's check and we have been banking with SECU for years. Wow a check for a couple grand😎. Trying to handle business folks. You are not right for that. 😒

I visited your branch as an out of town client and had a Terrible experience with a very rude and inappropriate employee named I believe Emma. If this is the type of people you employee then I will have to seriously consider taking my business elsewhere. 0 stars if I could.

I love this office only because of 1 person! Michael Rawls. He is probably the best officer there to speak with! My credit score, debt, loans everything financial Iv needed has improved with his advice and attention. He has went above and beyond to for all my account issue questions and concerns. Overall For the company I enjoy having State employees as my bank for over 10 years my money has went through this bank and Iv never had an issue that wasn’t resolved.

Stopped by to use the ATM on a Saturday morning and both entrances to the parking lot were blocked off by a yard-working crew, who were leaf blowing a few parking spaces. Had to park at the next location over and walk to the drive up at, very inconvenient. I realize this isn't the banks fault, just posting the comment so you're aware of your grounds crews actions of blocking your entrances when it didn't seem necessary.

My call was routed to this branch. I spoke with "Miguel" I believe. If I didn't catch his name correctly, he had a thick Spanish accent and answered the phone on 7/5/18. He did not know procedure as it relates to refunding a NSF. I had the attempted drafter on the line wanting to know the details as to how to accept responsibility for attempting to draft my account in error, and he had no idea; he even went as far as telling me there was no such refund possible (they don't refund NSFs). I never worked in a SECU branch and know for a fact that is not true. Now, there will be two NSFs from the same company and I will be leaving the state for a week tomorrow and will be unable to get try to get my money back until the Tuesday after next. Definitely aggravating because I had the company on the line ready for information as to how to rectify the situation and I ended up getting a person uninformed on a NSF issue. This branch should limit who is able to answer routed 800 number calls if they are not privy to all possible issues.

Spoke with Jasmine at this location. I called with an issues and Jasmine provided great customer service and was very professional even when I was short. Jasmine not only fixed my problem, she provided me with additional information to avoid having the same problem. Jasmine went above and beyond to help me
