This establishment gotta do better! Atm is always down! This bank is going downhill...smh. As busy as it is it should be two ATMs!

What I thought was going to be a simple call like any other was actually the beginning of a long line of calls that I needed to make. Although the representative had a good tone on the phone, she did absolutely nothing to offer me customer service other than try to transfer me to the customer service number. A simple issue that was resolved by another branch. I wont call nor visit this branch anymore.

If I could have given no stars I would but I had to at least choose one star. Absolutely the most horrible customer service I have been given. The reason going to this branch that I was working near there and didn’t have time to make it to the branch I usually go to. I went into this branch to make a deposit when entering I was looked at like I was going to rob the place and was not greeted at all just stared at . So when I got in line the young lady said can I help you and I handed the the check to make a deposit and I swiped my SECU card so my information would show on there screen. She advise me it would be a 7 day hold because they haven’t cashed / deposited checks from the person who wrote it to me. So I just took my check and left. Needless to say if you want bad customer service go there but if not I would advise you to go elsewhere.

I love my bank because they have excellent customer service. However, today I received poor customer service the teller was rude while I was just trying to deposit a check into a separate account. I can promise I will not be going back to this branch!

The service is excellent. Very professional. Leatrice Caldwell does an excellent job. She makes sure that the customer is satisfied before leaving.

I'm not big on writing reviews but SECU on Murrow Blvd has been my go to branch. Their service is beyond exceptional. I've always had a pleasant experience. Ask for Leatrice Caldwell. She is very professional, provides exceptional service, is friendly, efficient, and a true gem!

I normally don't write reviews, but I recently worked with Financial Officer Russell Brown at this location and his service was exceptional!! When I first walked into the bank I was seated & noticed none of the ladies had clients in their office..so it bothered me I had to sit so long with no help. Mr. Brown had just walked in the office and immediately invited me into his office & I Thank God I got him. He was extremely professional, understanding & a absolute delight to work with. He went above and beyond to help me through my loan process & made the whole process easy. I would recommend him to anyone any day. Thank you Mr. Brown.

Poor customer service. I left work early to open a new account, I told to sit and wait and I was never acknowledged again. I ended up leaving with my money still in my purse. I really thought I would get better service at a local credit union. When I go to Wells Fargo someone friendly always shows up right away to help.

Good bank, but u must be a state or county employee to join. Good rates and perks when your money game is good.

They have a very quick notary service here. I have been here many times and have never had a problem. They’re always willing to answer any questions.
