Slow service. The bank wouldn't deposit my wife's check in our joint account because her first name wasn't spelled out. Total joke. Took the check to another SECU, and they help me with no problem. Wake Up Elizabethtown

If you need an explanation or help explaining charges on your credit card , forget talking to these folks. My advice is contact Raleigh where you can get some professional and courtesous help which seems to not be available at this local office in Elizabethtown.

Attempted to deposit ONLY a 2 party check that was ambiguous and did not state "and/ or" just had mine and my wife's name on the account and they were the same names on the account. After the teller specified that the signature card did not match the signature card on the account she stated I could not put money in my account. after calling the manager her answer was conflicting as to their company policy as to 2 party checks, and continued to tell me that it was for my protection not to put money in my account. Will be banking with another branch...

Worst branch I've ever had to deal with. I will gladly drive 30 mins out of my way to deal with another branch from here on out!
