Sharonview Federal Credit Union NC, Tar Heel

Worst bank. Can never get anyone on the phone, when you apply for a loan it takes DAYS to get a response back. There employees always call out. It’s horrible.

They sold my debt off. I setup automatic payments and they started to lower it on their own. Over the last few years I've paid them back but mostly went to interest because they lowered my payment amount to just cover interest. Now they've sold my debt off to another company and it's basically the same amount from years ago. They also charged 10 to make a payment. That's why I setup monthly payments at a set amount. I never asked you to lower the amount I set up. Thank you.

This place has done more for me than any other bank/loan holder. They are so easy to deal with. They honestly get to know you as you do business. Sharon B at this location is such a great finance officer. If you are in the market for a great company to obtain loans or banking. Then this is the place to do it.

Fantastic experience with Sharonview FCU, especially Harley Jones. He was very courteous, explained the process well and stayed on top of the financing from beginning to end. Highly Recommended!!!

I’ve honestly had a great banking relationship with Sharonview until lately. Seems like when everything is ok then all is good but if you seem to be having a problem then it’s like the customer service goes out the window. What’s really bothering me is I lost my debit card almost 2 weeks ago and reported it lost right away and I still haven’t received it. You would think it would get expedited since people used their debit cards everyday. After a week and a half of waiting I called and was informed by a third party company that answers after hours that it was only processed 3 days prior to my call. Also, I found it convenient that because I don’t live in SC that they had branches in NJ but when those closed I was okay with shared branches but now those are slowly no longer shared branches, who knows why. I’m sadly considering taking my business elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience. All the staff were very pleasant and cordial. I was especially impressed with Harley Jones. He was patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and worked above and beyond to make my visit successful. He even worked through lunch. I could not have asked for better service. I would recommend Sharonview for all your banking needs.

Harley Jones is AWESOME!!! Very professional, very financially educated and truly made me feel valued. I went for car financing and in the end he helped me save literally THOUSANDS on many other things. The best and most helpful loan officer ever!!! I’ve sent my parents and many friends his way! 5++++ stars!!!!
