WHY IS THE BANK NOT OPEN!?!?!? Everytime I come to this bank in Laurinburg NC ITS A WAIT!!!!!!!!! Is one person running the lines or what. Y’all need to do better!!!!!

The lady named Brandy has quite an attitude. Her customer service is intimidating, especially when you want to withdraw a small amount of cash. It's like you're wasting her time. I'm going with USAA now. I hear they know how to treat people.

Don't try and get any change from them, was told the change was for customers which I do have accounts at this Credit Union. Only ask for 100.00 in change the teller ask me what I was going to do with it. Well long story short no change. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Excellent service and rates compared to other local institutions. You must be eligible for membership to join and bank here but we’ll worth it if you qualify!
