Woodforest National Bank US, Laurinburg

If I could rate my experience zero stars I would!!! Today was my first visit to this “bank” because I needed to use western union. The employee who was suppose to be helping me (her name is Taylor) was chatting with a friend while I stood there. Never said hello or can I help you. I finally walked up closer to the counter and asked if they were done with their “transaction” and if I could be helped. She never said a word! My husband asked me what was going on and I loudly said I’m not sure because she hasn’t spoken to me yet. She immediately yelled to another employee to come help this girl and I asked why she had an attitude and it went on from there. She yelled and cussed and was rude as hell! I stood my ground and another employee had to make her go to the back room bc she was yelling so loudly at me. HORRIBLE customer service! The lady that finally did help me was nice as could be but that Taylor girl needs to be fired immediately!!!

Love this bank. It's inside Walmart which is where I go when I get paid anyway! They're open later than other banks, and on weekends. I feel safe at this bank's ATM because it's inside Walmart, and it is not an outside ATM like other banks. The employees are polite and helpful.

It would be nice if u open like a normal bank 9am thank you opening at 10 is ridiculous

Would give 5 stars but getting them to answer the phone is next to impossible. But it's not just this location that's like that.

I also hate that i'm being forced to give them a star... Worst Bank on the planet. It should be called Fee Forest National Bank. I make over 200k a year and this bank robbed me of over 4400 in fees in just 1 year. I thought cutoff was midnight turns out it was 8pm central time. So every time they charged me a fee of $29 just a few hours the money would be in the account. It took me almost 7 months to catch what i was doing wrong. The bank did not care. That's because there a fee based bank. Meaning without the fees they would not be a profitable company. Try and lookup the fees they charge in any given year?

This bank is pretty good at least you can do BUSINESS 7 days a week other banks you cant people with the bad reviews are just negative

I have had no problems with this Bank or its customer banking reps! I think they're great!

The manager is very rude the teller was very nice.they just need a new manger
