I love my credit union! Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I use their mobile app and it is extremely user friendly. I love it! Another nice feature is there are many convenient branches. I really like the drive up where there is one just for ATM which is great when in a hurry or just for lunchtime from work. I’ve always been treated with friendliness and respect. Keep up the great work!

I recently purchased a vehicle about 3 days ago and I went through my bank for lending services and I had to go to this branch because it was close by the car lot. I end up getting help from a loan advisor Demarcus Bowden. First off he was very professional, cool, very nice, understanding and very knowledgeable. I never done lending with the bank but he made my experience so easy going and comfortable. Every question I had he explained the answer to me with ease. He even negotiated with the car salesman to get my car payments lower. I walked out the bank with my vehicle and proud as ever to have trusted such a good bank and a good loan advisor. Also the staff at this branch are always professional and knowledgeable and fast service keep up the good work. I live all the way in High Point and will drive to this location just for the service.

2 tellers working the drive thru. Don’t know their names so best I can is give a description of their appearance. Both African American women. Both extremely unprofessional and rude every time I come to this location. I drive to a further location just to avoid encountering their presence. Never had any other issues with any other locations and I’ve lived in Charlotte and Greensboro for most of my adult life. They could do better and be better all around.

This is the best financial institution I have dealt with. Wonderful customer service across many locations. The loan process is amazing, simple, transparent, and good terms.
