Everyone can't be lying about this company. But not shocked it's south Florida. I wouldn't recommend companies like this. So I tell you look else where and most of all take care of your credit. So you won't have to deal with places like this.

This is the worst finance company in the world. The people that work there are bottom barrel. No professionalism, no proper work ethic, and no morals. I got stuck with this company because I was desperate and had a loan on another car that was totaled due to a drunk driver. At that time my loan was still open until his insurance paid it but I desperately needed a car to get back and forth to work and couldn’t wait. This place is trash. Find somewhere else. They will also alter your balance so pay very good attention to your receipts. #FRAUDALERT

They are so Rude very rude and no sense of humor this place should be shut down i have been to betteR loans and they dont treat you this bad as them harrassing people about cars like im gonna. Die one day if i dont have a car like them people do the most on here man

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the worse bank I’ve ever dealt with in my life. THEY ARE SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.Harass you and your references just cause your late. They never report my payment to the credit bureau . Extra fees just to make a payment . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE .

This company is the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. If you make a payment by phone and give them your debit card information they will keep it on file illegally and continue to take out money from your account without you even knowing about it. What they are doing is illegal, no financial company can take out money from an account without your consent or approval. They say it's in the contract and is a complete lie, I have read the contract and it doesn't say they have the right to keep your bank or debit card information without written approval and for them to make payments. If this has happened to someone else be aware that is completely illegal for them to do this.

I was customer of START auto finance for almost 2 years on a 2020 kia Soul, paid every two weeks $8 fee on the payments, I was always paid on time no problems ever, the car was a lemon and I had to do a lawsuit against KIA and won and sold the car and got a new Lexus (I recommend weston AUTONATION), my salesman called 3 times and 3 different pay off amount since they never mail me anything, no paperwork on the car after I asked multiple times now I'm trying to get the GAP insurance refund its been a month 4 calls and multiple emails,UPDATE Im at 30 calls and 10 messages with IRIS GUZMAN the general manager, left 10 voice messages so i think she doing fraud by keeping all the refund of the gap insurances of the repos and paid off, I still haven't been able to get the information on GAP coverage i paid for $690. I don't recommend START AUTO the women that work there are lacking customer service and management is mediocre at best. I will probably Sue them with a BBB business lawyer please don't accept their business I'm using CAPITAL ONE AUTO now and the difference is nigth and day. they know how to treat good customer, no repair story or late payment story here just lack of customer service and accountability. thanks and have a good day!I bet you the won't respond to this one!!!! Worst company ever, they are super rude and when your late on payments they don’t leave your references alone. I don’t recommend this finance company to no one, they should close this company for the better of all. When you ask them to help you with late payments they threat you with reposing your car. Worst place to finance a car!!!! My grandmother passed away and I had told them to work with me because the funeral expenses where more than what I owed in the car payment and they did even try to work with me at all. I owed 1000 dollars and I explained to not only this unprofessional bank but also the place where I financed the car and they didn’t even want to listen at all. Today I had got payed and well this bank came to pick up there car. I will never finance anything with this bank at all or refer anyone!!

Fecilo is an amazing manager that has truly given me the best customer service experience I've had in quite a while. Start should definitely consider of promoting him to the next level as well as have him in a leadership role training employees at Start so more customers can receive the professionalism that Fecilo has.

They stole my gap insurance refund and I been contacting them for almost 6 months and have not been able to get a refund or any answers, Management is a joke and customer service non existent.at this time I give up on my refund.
