I worked with Jon for my mortgage where I had to sell my previous property and to buy a new home at the same time. He helped me to find the best rate as well as to move the mortgage process quickly, so I was able to move in and out seamlessly. He was also responsive to my emails and calls during the process, and communicated well to my other agencies. My only suggestion to improve if I need to say would be to organize the materials that were received from the clients, since I had to submit the same files a couple of times. However, it might be trade-off from high quality of service to many customers in a fast pace. In sum, I highly recommend him if you were looking for a mortgage with a good rate under complicated time constraints.
